Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They are undergoing construction so just be mindful of it. It was still easy to get around and didn't cause any frustration.

Complete rip-off.
Pros:

No breakfast offered. The room itself was fine.

Cons:

The place was a filthy, broken down wreck - like some cruddy Interstate motel. Our room was okay, but the rest of the facility was a disaster. Not even close to being worth $226.00 a night.

Clean, convenient , good price
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. There was construction going on but we were there late in day and all was a quiet. Very friendly check in and good advice how to get around and good places to eat. Very helpful. Price was very good for this convent location. Very good price.

Cons:

Construction wasn’t complete but as we were there late in day noise was not an issue still was somewhat messy from construction. Also no breakfast as they hadn’t completed renovation. I’m sure will be fine in a few weeks.

A little scary
Pros:

Good location in Portsmouth. Quick Uber ride to downtown and right off the highway

Cons:

Hotel is old and a bit out of date. Everything is pretty worn. The linens and bathroom were clean otherwise we would not have stayed.

Not the worst but not the best
Pros:

The location of the inn was very nicely located and walking distance to a few surrounding areas.

Cons:

The actual building of things did not meet the expectations the ads portrayed. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, the hallways didnt look very clean and there was something white dried tomatoes the carpet floor in the main area of the room.

Pros:

Очень удобное местоположение, снаружи отель выглядит неплохо, постельное белье а также матрас и подушки чистые и удобные. В номере есть холодильник микроволновая печь и маленькая кофеварка.

Cons:

Конечно в отеле на данный момент идёт ремонт ,но это никак не помогает людям ,которые приезжают туда остановиться уже сейчас. Очень плохой запах в отеле- запах очень старого дома. У нас в номере в ванной комнате на потолке были какие-то жёлтые пятна от брызгов вина или ещё чего-то. Вообще ощущения чистоты в отеле нет. И в соответствии со всем этим я считаю ,что цена не соответствует качеству .
