A great stay in a beautiful hotel with thoughtful amenities and an excellent location
Pros:

The location is very close to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, making the hotel easy to access. It is also within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms were beautifully designed, and I felt that every little detail a guest could hope for had been thoughtfully considered. Another nice touch was the water stations in the corridors, where guests can easily refill their bottles with either still or sparkling water. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the room seemed to have been cleaned a little hastily, as I found some rubbish underneath the bed. In addition, the reusable water bottle provided for refills still contained a small amount of water, which made me unsure whether it had been replaced after the previous guest's stay. Aside from these small points, everything was very clean, tidy, and well looked after.

Perfect for short stay in Dusseldorf! quiet, clean, modern, friendly staff.

Terrific place for overnight lay-over travelling via Hbf.
Pros:

The room has great design even details like lighting and storage racks. Good space and AC.
The shower is great, good water temperature and pressure.

Location is Fantastic if you're focus on transit from Hbf and the living function-food, shopping, Asian quarters.

Cons:

Still can hear the sounds on the street and I live on the 4A floor.
Nespresso Machine is nice, yet I hope that they can run it when the room is cleaned so to keep the circut clean.
The bottle for water has humidity and oder in it.

The hotel is very pretty, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
the gym is a great addition, and the breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options:
including vegetarian and vegan choices!
The location is also very convenient, just a three-four minute walk from the train station.

Cons:

Despite booking the larger twin room several months in advance;
we were informed at check-in that it was unavailable.
We were offered a smaller room instead, along with complimentary breakfast on our departure morning.

Our room was also located at the far end of the first floor, which was inconvenient with our heavy luggage. To make matters worse, the key cards didn't work, so we had to return to reception to have them fixed.
