The Savannah House is in a great location = 15 minutes to most Branson attractions. Literally 5 minutes from Sight and Sound. They offer desserts like cobbler, fresh baked cookies, and ice cream every night beginning at 8:30. The rooms were super clean. I slept very well, which is unusual. I loved that there was a Gideon Bible in the nightstand and a Cowboy Bible on the desk.
What I didn't like was arriving earlier than check in and being told there wasn't a single room ready...was not offered luggage storage or given a suggestion for somewhere to go to kill a few hours. During check-in, I did not love the clerk saying my phone number out loud for me to confirm. This is private information. I understand that the hotel needs it, but I'd rather fill it out on a piece of paper or fill out an online form than having to share things like this out loud as well as the make, model, color, and license plate number of the car I am driving. I was not a fan ofnthe biscuits served at breakfast. They were way too hard...not the fluffy buttermilk biscuits that are great with gravy! The breakfast choices are wonderful.
Everyone was so nice and very helpful
The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed and there was food in the fridge still. Everything else was great
We like the location. And the friendly staff.
Nice to have microwave in the rooms and the hall carpet looks like it needs to be shampooed
This hotel is in a very convenient location for us when we go to Branson for plays at the Sight and Sound Theater and it’s not a high traffic area.
Very clean & friendly. Loved the breakfast & dessert daily. Room was clean, spacious and very homey. LOVE the black out blinds.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyed morning breakfast. Close proximity to theatre.
This was our fourth stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot. We had the cobbler and ice cream one night. We will stay again im sure.
Very friendly staff in a good location. It’s away from the crowds but close to everything. Wonderful outdoor seating with a view. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is provided.
We love Savannah House. We go every August for our Anniversary. We have been staying here for the last 11 years. We went early this year to attend our grandson's basketball tournament. The team also stayed, on our suggestion. They loved it too. It is homey, exceptionally clean. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is so good. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, smoked sausage, grilled potatoes and peppers, and pancakes and fruit and yogurt. Late at night they serve cobblers, ice cream, homemade cookies and hot chocolate and coffee. The beds are very comfortable....why would we stay anywhere else? Also the view from the patio is breathtaking. I give this place an A+
Very clean look to it.

Room was very comfortable. AC worked great and the staff was very friendly.
Location was a bit out of the way. The property could use some touch-ups.
Stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday. Room was great, beds very comfy. Never heard any room noise like other people or doors slamming. Nice and quiet. Not a lot of kids. Pool was a bit murky, but still swimmable and relaxing. Breakfast was a decent hot breakfast. The best was at 8:30pm nightly they serve free fresh made cobbler and ice cream. Parking is on a crazy hill but we would come here again.
Breakfast and dessert daily was exceptional. The workers were all very kind.
First room was given, bathroom faucet was broken and laying on counter. Would think someone would have known. Went to front desk and relocated to different room.
Breakfast and dessert bar was nice but not always available in the second building. Was stingy with shampoo, conditioner and Kleenexes. Was only given 3 bottles of each for 2 people for 4 nights. Ran out of Kleenexes on the 2nd night and were never replaced. Friendly check in. The breakfast hot selection was better than the traditional but the fruit selection was less than ideal.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was good, easy to get to attractions
Breakfast was okay. Nothing to write home about. Rooms/property were dated but overall clean. Bedside light in our room didn’t work upon arrival.
The quality of the icecream during the evening complimentary desert. Very grainy and watery. Cobbler wasn’t bad.
Clean and easy to find
The air conditioner made noises turning on and when it reached room temp and shut down made a hissing noise
Me and my mom decided to make a trip to Branson for the 4th of July since the rest of the family either had to work or had other plans. We booked a room last minute with the Savannah House Hotel. We couldn’t’ have been happier. I am a Trip Advisor junkie and never go anywhere without reading reviews. We picked Savannah House because it received great reviews about cleanliness, location and free breakfast. Cleanliness is my main concern when traveling and Savannah House did not disappoint. Not only was our room clean, but they also had free breakfast buffet, free evening dessert bar and were close to everything.
I can’t comment on the breakfast buffet as we couldn’t seem to stay away from Billy Gail’s each morning, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests and looked pretty good from what I could see. We did, however, take advantage of the free desserts each night which consisted of 2 types of cobbler (either blackberry, cherry, peach or apple), 2 types of cookies and an ice cream machine with vanilla and chocolate soft serve. They also have 24-hour free coffee and cappuccino. I loved the cobbler each night. It was always hot and delicious. This seemed to be a hit with everyone else as well because there were always people sitting waiting for 8:30 to roll around each night when they bring the desserts out!
The location was also a great plus for us! The hotel is far enough off the crazy hustle and bustle of the touristy area, but still close enough it was just minutes from the main Branson strip. We loved that it felt like we were in a secluded area but still able to get to everything in less than 10 minutes. The thing we liked most, it was less than a mile from the Sights and Sound Theater and right down the road from our favorite…Billy Gail’s!
We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra day and wait and check out on July 5th instead of July 4th and they had no problems accommodating us. Not only were they able to accommodate us, but they were also able to work it out where we could stay in our same room without having to pack up and move to a new room. The staff was very helpful and super friendly, and we are already planning to stay at the Savannah House Hotel next spring when we come back to Branson. Oh, and did I mention the super cheap room rates! You definitely can’t beat the price for everything Savannah House Hotel has to offer and I highly recommend it!
