The Pool will be available from June 21st.
Pets allowed. Supplements per night apply. Guests should contact the hotel to check and confirm availability of room for a reservation with pet. Hotel will check there's availability and that room complies with specifications needed. Pets are only allowed in "Pet Friendly Double room" room type. Pets are not allowed in the other types of rooms. Once in the establishment, guests will receive the access regulations, which they must read and approve.

Todo, el personal fue muy atento y la habitación estuvo impecable
The general idea reagrding staff is great.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Windows can be opened.
Shower room is partially moldy.
The toilet has an uncomfortable and strong sewege smell, that can be smelled from the bedroom area.
The elevator is very shady (loud, slow, display doesn’t work), could use some maintenance.
Hotel is expensive and while it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it is not even close to it.

Los ascensores; pequeños y lentos (por hilar fino)

La falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, con evidentes signos de desgaste y falta de conservación: armarios viejos, mampara del baño que no cerraba ni casi se podía mover, falta de limpieza…para un hotel de 4* parece de menor puntuación .
La recepción es muy bonita y elegante, el personal es amable
Que la habitación que nos dieron era muy vieja, el aire no funcionaba bien, el baño súper viejo, la ducha o era muy caliente o fría, el TV demasiado viejo no tenía Netflix
Le hall et la réception sont joliment décorés, et le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant. Malheureusement, ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet établissement.

Les chambres sont vieillottes et mériteraient une rénovation, notamment au niveau de la literie et des sanitaires, qui sont clairement à revoir. Le confort n’est pas au rendez-vous, avec en plus des problèmes de température de l’eau qui passe brusquement du chaud au froid, sans prévenir. À cela s’ajoutent des bruits de moteur de climatisation audibles dans tout le couloir, ce qui nuit fortement au calme et au confort du séjour.
Le parking est également payant à la journée, ce qui représente un coût supplémentaire déjà peu appréciable au vu de la qualité des prestations proposées.
En conclusion, les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel me semblent totalement injustifiées. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais et le tarif demandé est largement excessif pour un établissement de ce niveau. Au vu de l’état des chambres et des différents désagréments rencontrés, cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas un tel classement ni de tels prix.
Je suis très déçue de cette expérience et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
Cama desconfortável e tivemos problema com uma funcionária no café da manhã, que foi extremamente mal educada. O restante dos funcionários, muito educados.
