Struttura bellissima stanza pulita e personale disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ci siamo trovati benissimo.Un Po distante dal centro ma c’è la metro è fermata dell’autobus vicino ci si arriva facilmente

Pros:

Me gustó mucha la ubicación y el trato del personal.
El desayuno buffet estaba bastante bien.
La entrada del hotel y la recepción muy agradable.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no era cómodo. Y la supletoria para un niño de 3 años que era un sofá cama peor.
Los baños están bien pero la temperatura del agua de la ducha cambiaba por segundos, igual te quedabas helada como que te abrasabas sin tocar el grifo. Avisamos pero no nos lo pudieron resolver, porque quedó exactamente igual.

No volveremos

Bonita entrada

Cons:

El grifo de la ducha estaba roto, aparte nos dieron una habitación de minusválidos, mi marido es muy alto y el Wc era muy bajito y será que no teníamos la reserva con antelación, para darnos una habitación. Aparte en recepción había gente cenado con comida de la calle tenían una liada ya que eran lo menos 10 personas y nadie les dijo nada

Pros:

Tudo, foram compreensivos com a minha família que após uma reserva não entregue pelo Booking.com estes nos, deixaram pernoitar no lobby do hotel, mesmo sendo algo que normalmente não é comum.
Parabéns a toda a equipa e gerência pelo lado humano. O resto foi excelente.

Passabile ma non lo consiglierei.
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione dove si trovava.

Cons:

Poca cordialità dello staff, eccetto alcuni al bar e in reception.
Impossibile che un hotel 4 stelle, non fornisca delle ciabatte da camera, neanche su richiesta.
Camera non del tutto pulita, con abbastanza polvere.

Pros:

Espacioso y bonito pero atención a las habitaciones hay que remodelar porque el resto es alucinante

Me pidieron DNI y composición de habitaciones pues éramos tres parejas , se lo mandé una semana antes. Les pedí que si nos podían dar antes alguna habitación ya que nos íbamos al centro y no queríamos molestarles cuando volviéramos de madrugada respondiéndome que imposible que era a las 14 y que si había alguna se pagaría un suplemento …
Finalmente cuando llegamos de madrugada fuimos a recoger las llaves para nuestra sorpresa q no había nada hecho y tuvimos que completar todo el proceso … se puede organizar peor ??
