De locatie was goed. Vlakbij metro Beniferri.
Ontbijt was zeker voldoende.
Om te parkeren vindt je meestal ook een gratis parkeerplek.
De kwaliteit van de bedden en kussens viel tegen.

Era muy cómodo y tenía todo que podría necesitar. La gente es muy amable y me han reglado unas cosas que pensé era un muy bonito detalle. El café del restaurante también estaba muy muy rico. La limpieza era excelente y muy amable. No me acuerdo su nombre pero merece reconocimiento!

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.
Room service is clearly advertised in the room, but when we tried calling, nobody answered for around 15 minutes. When someone finally picked up, we were told room service was not available that day.
We then went down to the restaurant. After waiting about 10 minutes just to receive the menus, we chose what we wanted, only for the waiter to come back another 10 minutes later to tell us service would be very slow because they had a party of 110 people. The restaurant was almost empty at the time, so this should have been explained immediately instead of making us wait.
The hotel is also badly located, with very few restaurant options nearby. The room itself is okay, but definitely not up to 4-star standards. The bathroom is very basic, with dirty joints around the shower.
I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely look elsewhere next time.
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was excellent—being so close to the metro made it easy to get around and explore the area. There was also a shop just around the corner, which was really convenient for picking up anything we needed. We felt safe throughout our stay, and overall it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Esperienza deludente. La camera, piccola per ospitare 4 persone, aveva una finestra rotta impossibile da chiudere. Il bagno era dotato di un bidet che non lasciava defluire l' acqua nel tubo di scarico. La ciliegina sulla torta? Rientrati in hotel alle 22:00, dopo una giornata in giro, la camera non era stata ripulita e la risposta data dal receptionist? "Abbiamo una sola persona oggi a rifare le stanze, dovete aspettare un po' "(da premettere che ci siamo lamentati per la mancanza di servizio, ma visto l' orario abbiamo poi chiesto solo asciugamani puliti per la doccia). Spacciare questo hotel per un 4 stelle solo perché ha una piscina poco più grande di una vasca da bagno con uno spazio a bordo piscina talmente piccolo da non riuscire ad accogliere più di 10-15 persone, è una truffa.
