Pros:

Lobby of the hotel is lovely, with a nice bar. We didn't have breakfast there but appearances wise restaurant looked nice. We came in a heatwave so the hotel opened the pool a couple of days earlier, with a nice patio area outside to relax. Location is excellent, lots of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Cons:

The room itself was very tired, and the amenities provided were not what we would expect from a 4*. The room had dust over the bedside table lamps, and it looked like only the obvious areas had been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, and the corners were dusty. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, and the complimentary water cans weren't always refilled everyday. No bathroom amenities, you have to request at front seat. Shower gel in our room ran out and was not replenished for the rest of our stay. For the standard usually expected for 4* we found this disappointing

Todo el personal del hotel es encantador, con ganas de ayudarte en casa momento, amables y muy profesionales. Lo mejor del hotel, sus trabajadores. Hemos estado como en casa. Un abrazo para todos de parte de Ana, Adela y Nala.

Very old premises. Smelling like humidity. Bathroom toilet was broken. Shower full of mold. Very pricy expecting high quality premise. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
