WADY:
- śniadania fatalne, masówka bez smaku (byłem w innym hotelu w Porto wiec mam porównanie) i mała stołówka jak na taki duży hotel
- korytarze archaiczne, światło trzeba zapalać ręcznie, a że są dwa włączniki (drugi to dzwonek) często ktoś się mylił i dzwonił do pokoju.... hotel nie wie co to nowoczesność i fotokomórki
- pokoje również przestarzałe, stare zepsute meble, stara wykładzina itp
- łazienka tragiczna nie dość że stara (oczywiście wanna i stary prysznic) to przeciekające rury i smród, który nam towarzyszył przez cały pobyt ...
- basen niewielki, a woda nie podgrzewana (słońce nie jest w stanie go ogrzać wiec woda zimna)

The location was great. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. It is very close to subway station. The room was spacious enough and the breakfast was good.

The location is perfect, and the rooftop pool is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. What impressed us most was how the hotel handled an unexpected water and power outage. Although the outage was beyond the hotel's control, their prompt and professional response truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend this hotel.
