Pleasant stay, we were out most of day, v little facilities in the hotel
Pros:

Basic hotel but very clean and helpful staff, location was excellent central very near major attractions and restaurants, metro and tour buses at the door

Cons:

Quiet dated hotel, not enough loungers by the pool, about 15-20, always in use anytime we tried, plenty of space for a few more, some tea and coffee supplies in the room would have being useful particularly as there was a kitchenette, double bed quiet hard, sofa beds uncomfortable, apartment would be better with proper beds in the second room as opposed to fold outs

Great location!
Pros:

Very central hotel walkable to everything in the city! Twin room, cleaned daily, comfy beds, small kitchenette and lovely balcony with wonderful view of the castle. Great rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds and nice bar to enjoy the sunset.

Cons:

Shower good pressure but kept running hot/ cold every second! Corridors are pitch black but light switches to use as you get out the lift and outside your room.

Very comfortable, would stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent; buses, metros and tuktuks right outside the door. Restaurants (cross the road, go behind Hard Rock cafe and turn right for a great choice), shops and bars all within easy walking distance.
We had plenty of space in our self catering apartment and had enough kitchen equipment to cater for breakfast and lunch.
The rooftop is a sun trap (no shade) with great views and the pool was very much welcomed to cool down after a day's exploring. Bar snacks were good and drink prices were fair.
Buffet breakfast was €11.50 for which there was a decent selection of cereal, fruit, meats and cheeses as well as one or two warm options.

Cons:

The breakfast room has insufficient seating even with tables pushed close together. It also gets busy and if more than four people are waiting to be seated, the staff find it difficult to move in and out of the kitchen.

Hotel tout confort parfaitement situé
Pros:

Emplacement génial, tout est a disposition au pied de l’hôtel, trains, bus touristiques, métro et a 5-10 a pied de la place du commerce ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait (sucré, salé froid et chaud, fruits etc... une grande quantité de choix et renouvelé en permanence) ! La piscine en rooftop pour se détendre en fin de journée ! Le personnel parle français et est adorable ! Le casier valises (arrivée/départ) pour profiter au maximum ! Les chambre/appart avec frigo/cuisine propres et très bien équipées, literie très confortable ! Franchement cet hôtel est parfait et mérite son tarif un peu plus élevé que d'autres autour !

Cons:

Pour nous chambre 406, le double vitrage était médiocre, du coup bien que pas donnant sur une avenue on entendait beaucoup trop le bruit des poubelles sorties a 1h du mat, les véhicules qui passait sur une plaque (donc klong klong a chacune d'elles) etc... A tel point que je croyait une des 2 fenêtres ouvertes, mais non ! La première nuit à été compliqué pour trouver le sommeil, après les autres nuits avec la fatigue de la journée de marche/visites ça n'a plus posé de problème heureusement ! C'est le seul point négatif trouvé à cet hôtel !

Perfect for 2 nights, central location. Pool a real bonus to cool off at the end of the day.
Pros:

We loved the central location & the rooftop pool. The staff were helpful. Room size was good but very dated decor. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room and corridors felt very tired and not very 4star. The kitchenette had seen better days.

We were a hens party of 25 and were all catered for in the hotel
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Lisbon. The room was perfect for four people with a kitchen and accessories. The pool on the roof was extra bonus and towels were provided in each room for the sun loungers. The roof top bar had a lovely menu and drinks. Over all it was a great place to stay.
