Título: idade das trevas em julho? Apesar do early check-in (que foi feito na marra), e do esforço para cordialidade por parte do time (os portugueses têm sido simpáticos de uns tempos pra cá, preciso reconhecer), na hora do check-in, o sistema estava fora do ar e ninguém conseguia (ou queria) resolver analogicamente: deixaram uma criança autista e dois idosos sem atendimento por mais de uma hora. O Hotel não é um resort. Portanto, difícil de entender o check-in ser somente 15h, se o check-out é 12h. Outra carência: falta de pessoal no café da manhã (apenas uma pessoa para fazer tudo), climatização inadequada na área do café (como tomar um café quente numa área sem climatização que fica no nascente? Deveriam oferecer frozen), e também nos quartos: tive que dormir de cuecas à noite, apesar de ter reclamado na recepção! Falta de luzes no hall dos quartos. E o preço superior a outros estabelecimentos. Conclusão: não recomendo e não volto.

Nice location
Pros:

The location is awesome and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are big but they do need some updating. The front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed there two weeks earlier and had an amazing room with a nice view and everything worked fine but the blow dryer which is very old.
The second time we stayed we were on a lower floor and the toilet did not flush properly and again the blow dryer needs to be updated
