Near the metro station
They didn't bring us water every day. We have to ask them to send, and they obligate us to bring it by ourself.
I book a superior room, it has to be ready with other clean kit, like the ear cotton, slippers, tooth brush... but there wasn't

My experience at reception was mixed. There were three receptionists on duty. The two closest to us didn't acknowledge us at all as they were busy on their computers/phones. The third receptionist eventually attended to us.
I had accepted a paid upgrade offer sent to my email weeks before arrival, but at check-in they acted as if I had upgraded myself on my own and spent several minutes going back and forth double-checking.
At dinner, we arrived at the restaurant and the waiter passed us at the door without a hello or welcome. We found a table ourselves and sat for 20 minutes with no one approaching us. I had to go to the bar to ask for service. The same waiter who had ignored us at the door then came to take our order and the first thing he said was "we're closing in 45 minutes." It felt like we were intentionally left sitting there because it was close to closing time so they would not have to serve us.
In the morning we went for breakfast (we had chosen to pay on site). The lady at reception was very nice. However, when we got to the restaurant, all the tables were occupied and the unoccupied ones were dirty. There was a clean section that was barricaded. We went back to reception to inform her and she said it was okay to go past the barricade and use the clean side. A lady with two kids went before us and sat down, we followed. Before we could even sit, a staff member came shouting from the other end of the cafe "don't sit there." I explained politely that we were directed by reception since there was no clean table available, but the approach was very rude.
The room itself was nice and comfortable, but we stayed for a couple of days and despite requesting it, our bedding was never changed and our toiletries were never refilled.

Staff very rude on check in. Requesting ID, credit card used for payment as these "are a legal requirement since February". This was almost midnight and after checking in online certainly not welcome.
Buen hotel a buen precio, bien conectado con los transportes, y con zonas de restauración cercanas.
Está lejos del centro, aunque lo sabíamos, mucho transporte público para ir a todas partes.
