Room was super clean and location ok (a bit far from the touristic center, but known in advance). Breakfast was great too. The only surprise was about some work happening in the Victoria train line, which made us to go around using another options (10-15min additional).
Only location is a bit far from the tourist attractions but known at the point of the reservation. Other than this, everything else was really great!

The location, amenities, views and staff

Modern, clean and situated nicely for London Excel and transport links to central London. Shops and restaurants close by. Lovely views of the o2 and Canary Wharf. Staff welcoming and attentive. Offered Upgrade to suite (at a cost) which was clean and very spacious. Restaurant food was good and service was quick.
Not proper AC but temperature control system. Worked fine and suited us.
I like the location and early check-in.

The breakfast option are highly limited, no halal food.
Frukosten var helt okej, även om man med skandinaviska mått har höga förväntningar. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Det var enkelt och lätt att checka ut och in, inte en massa pappersexercis. Väldigt uppskattat med daglig städning av rummet när man reser med flera små barn. Bra med fri tillgång till ett gym. Läget, precis vid Royal Victoria dock med de gamla kranarna var mysigt. Jag gillade även att kika på de ankommande flygplanen som landar en bit bort på London City AirPort. De hördes inte på rummet ska tilläggas.
Relaxen (sauna och hammam) var permanent avstängd och inget besked om när den skulle bli färdig. Vi blev väckta en natt kl. 02.30 av att en annan gäst skrek och bankade oavbrutet i sitt rum under flera minuter.
The hotel is a lovely modern one. We had great time there. The room and hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was nice and good sized. The staff we met were all super kind and of great help especially Dawood who helped us check in very smoothly. The was location is pretty good with amazing views. Although its far from central it’s a nice area with good transportation available like the cable cars that can bring you into Greenwich. There’s aslo a train station right beside aswell. Theres a tesco express and a few great restaurants nearby too which was nice.
