Pros:

The hotel itself is in a great, central location which made getting around really easy. The staff are really accommodating and the entrance to the hotel was lovely.

Cons:

Expected 5 stars, got a 3-star experience. The room was tired, scuff marks on the floor, black mould around the shower, and a noticeable layer of dust around the ironing board storage area made it feel neglected rather than luxurious. Basic housekeeping standards just weren't there.

The TV was essentially unusable: no working streaming (the Apple TV never connected), so unless you fancy the news or religious channels, don't bother planning a film night with room service.

We tried the bar one evening but left after being ignored for 15 minutes with no service.

The spa should have been the highlight and it's one of the main reasons we booked but the steam room smelled strongly of sulphur rather than the calming oils you'd expect at this level.

Small details let it down further too such as the mini bar was missing a wine glass and wasn't fully stocked, and we had to repeatedly ask for coffee pods to be replenished. One coffee pod per guest, in a 5 star luxury hotel just felt cheap.

For a hotel charging 5-star prices, this fell well short. Basic maintenance and service standards need real attention, a real shame as this hotel has potential but it feels like its been neglected.

おしゃれな内装だが、それゆえ少々使い辛いと感じた
Pros:

駅から近く、どこに行くにも地の利が良かった。

Cons:

使用したカップの汚れをちゃんと洗ってない。カップごと入れ替えるのでなく、客が使用したものをその場でスタッフが洗ってるのだと思う。仕事が雑になりがちです。
