Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel statt 5 Sterne
Pros:

Nur die Lage, zentral zur Innenstadt
Spa Bereich war auch nicht schlecht

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Etagen, in der oberen Etage ging die Klimaanlage nicht, das Zimmer war auch nicht sauber, hat stark gerochen und bei Außentemperaturen von 30 grad nicht auszuhalten.
Das Badezimmer war Mega schmutzig, Silikon im Dusch Bereich war verschimmelt.
Ich bin dann zur Rezeption um den Sachverhalt zu erklären, dann wurde uns angeboten ein Ventilator ins Zimmer zu stellen was ich verneint habe, erst wo ich gesagt habe das es nicht akzeptabel ist wurden uns 25 % angeboten als Preisnachlass, was ich erst angenommen hatte. Nach der ersten Nacht, wovon ich fast nicht schlaffen konnte weil es so stickig
Bin ich nochmal zur Rezeption um ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen und weiteren Nachlass.
Ich musste erst mit dem Mitarbeitern diskutieren, für mich geht das bei einem 5 Sterne Luxus Hotel garnicht !!!
Dann wurde uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben was in Ordnung war, aber vom Preis wollten sie nickt weiter runter gehen nur unser Parkplatz wurde dann beglichen.

Ich gebe euch mal einen Tipp liebe Sofitel Mitarbeiter wenn die Klima nicht geht und die Zimmer riechen kümmert euch vorher drum schließlich weiß man sowas im Vorfeld bevor man die Zimmer für ein heiden Geld vermietet.
Und wenn man Nachweislicj eine Beschwerde einlegt diskutiert man nicht mit den Gästen sondern bietet direkt 50 % Nachlass und ein neues Zimmer an !!!
Wenn man von 2 Nächten eine davon nicht gut schläft wofür zahle ich dann überhaupt ?

נאלצתי לשנות את הלוז בעקבות טיסה בפועל ולא היה שום מענה או רצון לעזור או לתת פיצוי כלשהו אם לא החזר לילה אולי ארוחת ערב נסיעות עסקים מרבות לקבל שינויים לא אחזור למלון זה !!! התארחתי לפחות 4 פעמים ולא אחזור למלון זה שוב

I cannot say much good things about this „5 star“ Hotel.
1. It is near the central station and there is very noisy and very dirty area. You even do not have Feelings that this is 5 Star Hotel.
2. we asked dor sepeeate beds many weeks ago. When we arrivwd there, it was 2 beda but made line one.. the guy at the Reception came at 2 a.m and sepeeate our beds and i was helping him.
3. We left our baga on check out day there dor several hours. When we came back they could not find our bags, the Guy was searching for it so long that we got late for our bus.
4. We were at Concerts and came back at 3 am. The next day we wantes to have some sleep in the Hotel where i paid 900€ for 2 Nights. But someones started to drill and use a hummer at 7:30 a.m. for hours

Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel. Unkomplizierte Problemlösung. Herr Ofkeli top!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht, leider entsprach es nicht dem wie auf den Bilder bei er Buchung. Herr Umut Ofkeli der Manager hat uns dann unkompliziert ein anderes super tolles Zimmer umgebucht, was unsere Vorstellung einfach übertroffen hat. Für uns war dies ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür, das werden wir immer in Erinnerung behalten :-)
