Disappointed and difficult as my husband has just had a new knee.

Location and historic site

Cons:

3 levels of stairs to the room and steep stairs to the bed in the room.

Magnifique !
Pros:

Le charme exceptionnel de cette demeure historique, la taille de la chambre , l’emplacement plein centre, le parking facile à proximité, l’accueil et l’aide pour monter les bagages (pas d’ascenseur), le petit déjeuner excellent servi dans la salle voûtée.

Cons:

Notre chambre initiale était une executive au 3eme étage en duplex. Vraiment biscornue et avec une escalier très raide. Notre conseil : préférer les autres chambres. Nous avons pu pour notre part changer pour une suite, avec une différence de prix raisonnable, qui valait vraiment le changement.

Pros:

Hôtel au décor atypique et classe. Nous avions une chambre au 3ème étage avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux avec dds produits fait maison. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique

Prédio lindo, uma antiga abadia. O quarto com um bom tamanho. Conquanto tivesse que subir para o quarto propriamente dito (dúplex). Produtos Caudalie já diz muito sobre o hotel. Café da manhã fantástico.

Cons:

Para mim não foi um problema, mas o meu quarto que ficava no 3º andar, subir escadas estreitas em caracol, pode ser ruim para algumas pessoas.

Pros:

Great location & stunning lobby area. Disappointed we weren’t allowed to enjoy a bottle of wine purchased in Beaune in this lovely space. Room was very small and lacked the character of the history of the building. Breakfast was fresh & enjoyable.

L'emplacement, le charme de l'hôtel, l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Nous étions averti, mais notre chambre était au 3eme étage avec en plus une chambre en mezzanine. Il faut être conscient des 4 étages qui ne sont pas forcément à la portée de tout le monde.

Es sorpresivo llegar y encontrarse que hay que subir 5 pisos por una escalera de caracol medieval con tus maletas
Lo mismo la “suite” con dormitorio un piso más arriba con unas escaleras realmente pendientes y muy incómodas
