Good place to stay to walk to Allegiant but not if you want to walk to the strip.
Pros:

Within walking distance to Allegiant Stadium.

Decent if there are no other options. Beware of the sofa beds.
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice breakfast set up, clean rooms (although there was a musty smell when we initially walked in).

Cons:

Our suite’s living room was way smaller than depicted online. The pictures were very deceiving. The most upsetting part of this room was the fold out bed in the living room. Once the bed was folded out, we could hardly get to the bathroom from the other beds. The mattress was very thin and we could feel the SPRINGS through the mattress. I get that the mattresses get some use and the quality of a sofa bed mattress is not the same as a standard bed in a frame; HOWEVER, if the bed isn’t really something that can be slept on, the hotel should not be advertising that the rooms have three beds!
Granted we chose the cheapest hotel room we could find with three beds, we did expect all the beds would be usable that was not the case.

Dirty, spent more time doing the staff's job

Not much really stood out that was better then any other option out there.

Cons:

Rented a master bed with pull out sofa. The packed bedding in the hall closet for the pull out was extremely filthy and apparently not cleaned. The interior room did not function and yest check to see if it was plugged in. Had to contract the front desk via my cell phone to request clean bedding to just learn that I needed to come get it my self. And he required proof that the bedding was dirty.
The previous guests food was left in the room fridge.
Displeased all around.
