De zon schijnt al vroeg in de kamer waardoor wij (te) vroeg wakker werden. Aan de achterkant bij de badkamer zitten screens en het was fijn geweest als dat ook aan de voorkant hadden gezeten.

Room is clean good, all facilities are there.
The only problem was until I won't reach the property they won't reply or respond and phone no. was not working, very difficult during checkin at night.
Het ontbijt was prima.
Er waren behoorlijk wat mankementen, waaronder een kapotte lamp, een defecte knop in de douche, een TV die niet optimaal werkte (haperde en kregen geen connectie met streamen) en een beschadigde lamel. Daarnaast stond er een mobiele airco in de kamer aan, maar de afvoerslang lag nog binnen, waardoor het bij aankomst 27 graden in de kamer was. Bovendien werden we ondergebracht in een bijgebouw waar we vier trappen op moesten, terwijl er geen lift aanwezig was.
De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding komt niet overeen met wat we hebben ervaren.
Mooie locatie bij station, makkelijk met de trein naar bijvoorbeeld Maastricht is een optie. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Valkenburg. Goed ontbijt, aardig en kundig personeel, mooie kamer met alle faciliteiten (inclusief een goede douche).

kamer met mobiele airco die niet geinstalleerd was en waar je zelf handmatig de afvoerbuis met warme lucht door een raam moest steken waarbij mobiele airco op een tafel gezet moest worden. kamer was veel te heet en onaangenaam
De airco in de kamer was zeer fijn en het was erg schoon
Receptioniste die bijna geen Nederlands kon verstaan en sprak, bar en restaurant 2e pinksterdag zeer vroeg dicht ( voor 21 uur) zonder dat dit gecommuniceerd was.
Ik was tijdens ons verblijf jarig maar is niets aan gedaan of gezegd.
De locatie is top tegenover het station, je hebt daar geen geluidsoverlast van. Verder lig je echt net uit het centrum lopende of met de fiets ben je er zo. De airco stond aan, dat was erg fijn! Personeel (jongen vd receptie) was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en nam alle tijd.
De hygiëne in de badkamer was niet op en top. De wc was vies, prullenbakje lag nog rommel (we denken vd vorige personen) en in de kamer zelf was niet gestofzogen. Lagen lange haren en kruimels op de grond. De kledingkast vanbinnen was stoffig en niet recent schoongemaakt. We moesten via allemaal privé appartementen richting onze kamer, dat was een beetje vaag en raar.
Top lokatie bij station. Parkeren binnen en buiten en fietsen parking in de garage
Enige minpuntje was het 1.90m bed in onze kamer
