Pros:

Q Roger’s was very kind and professional.
All hotel staff had been extremely professional and kind. Mr. Brown made my check in very easy.

You’re definitely paying for location and nothing else.
Pros:

Great location to events. Maintenance was quick to arrive when needed, staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean.

Cons:

Our first room A/C wasnt working. Value for room wasn’t really worth it. Parking was $55 a night. There wasn’t anything in the room to tell us about the area or even what the hotel offered.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful it was a very nice facility. Was there only one night.

Cons:

Little overly priced n none stop issues with the TV they did come right up to fix. Just couldn't change the channels without losing signal.

Great hotel for Tigers baseball games
Pros:

Not fancy but clean, reasonably roomy and comfortable. Location, location, location. If you are going to Detroit sports this hotel is close. We went to a Tigers game and it took maybe 6 minutes walking to get to the park ( which s next to Ford Field and Diana’s from the Little Caesar’s Arena.
Not cheap but decent value. Like most downtown hotels, they charge for breakfast, parking, etc. would definitely stay here again when in Detroit.

Wonderful stay in a great hotel
Pros:

Great views from our 9th floor. Restaurant was really good with great drinks. Great buffet breakfast for $18. Totally worth it.

Cons:

Parking was $55. Been nice if it was lower. They did have QR code for tipping vallet and room cleaning

The fact that I had to pay $55 to have my car valet parked, and that i got double charged for parking. Also the door to my room was hard to get in

My stay was terrible
Pros:

The front desk staff was great but that's where it ended. The door in my room didn't close without pushing it extra hard. The shower had several long hair on the wall and in the tub. There was the same hair on the console near the TV.
The air conditioner was broken. The maintenance guy wasn't helpful. The outside temp was 95 the temperature in my room was a balmy 77
My co worker said his room was hot as well.
Don't stay there.

It was a mediocre hotel that was very expensive.
Pros:

The breakfast staff were good.

Cons:

The food was not great. The bathroom was small for 2 people. The TV was hard to work. The temperature was hard to work. The parking was unexpected and very expensive. The gym did not have a lot of space.
