Our stay was perfect.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. We checked in early so they stored our luggage and brought it to our room when it was ready while we were out exploring Florence. The room was very clean. There is a cute little cafe and a lovely outdoor patio/sitting area. There was a wonderful restaurant within walking distance for dinner. We had an early morning flight so they booked a small shuttle for €15 per room which was very convenient.

Super friendly and hospitality, near the airport and shuttle service
Pros:

Caused by my flight cancellation I was looking for accommodation. Based on the positive references I chose for Franchi. It was all true. Super friendly staff, great food, lovely terrace and nice drinks. Fine rooms with airconditioning and balcony. I surely recommend staying there!

Pros:

The rooms were very functional and organized well. The lobby restaurant and Cafe was great and so was the outdoor sitting area. Some interesting little bars and cafes nearby.
Quiet in room AC

Cons:

We got a room with three single beds because the rooms with two beds seemed to be a bit too small

Not worth the costs. No taxi, basic room and poor breckfast!

Cons:

No Airport taxi even though they say there is. You haev to pay both ways. Cheaper with a taxi and faster. Also breckfast is very expensive and not that great. Staff were not very friendly sadly.

Highly recommend! Great value.
Pros:

Hotel Franchi was a great choice for an overnight before an international flight. Everything we needed was readily available. The staff was gracious and accommodating, storing our bags prior to check in and arranging transportation to the airport for us. The small restaurant provided hot meals and we had a most delicious dinner and great cocktails without leaving the hotel- a welcome perk after weeks of long travel. Highly recommend!
