Cafe fotoğraf çekilmek için güzeldi

Cons:

Otele vardığımız andan itibaren her yerde böcekler vardı. Odada hamam böceklerini öldürdükten sonra yenilerini görünce oda değişimi talep ettik ve Yardımcı oldular. Havuz pis ve fayansları kırıktı kullanmak istemedik. Konum olarak bang tao beach haricinde hiç bir yere yakın değil ulaşım imkanı kısıtlı. Çalışanlar otelde konaklayan insanlardan önce Cafe kısmı için gelenler ile ilgileniyordu.

Pros:

Goede service en met een vriendelijk lach begroet bij aankomst. We hadden al contact voor dat we vertrokken want vanwege Iran werd onze schema gewijzigd. Ze hebben ook honeymoon versiering opgezet

Une expérience humiliante et discriminatoire – Refusée à cause de ma surdité

J’avais réservé une séance photo sur le lac aux lotus avec DUA BOO Thaïlande, un rêve pour lequel j’avais investi : 150 € pour des extensions de cheveux, 50 € de déplacement et 85 € pour l’hôtel. Malgré ma préparation et mon enthousiasme, on m’a purement et simplement refusée… parce que je suis sourde.

J’ai pourtant expliqué que ma surdité n’était pas un obstacle : je sais me débrouiller, communiquer autrement, et collaborer avec le photographe. Mais le responsable a catégoriquement refusé, sans même chercher une solution. J’ai même posé la question : « Et les autres touristes qui ne parlent pas anglais, comment font-ils ? » – aucune réponse.

Résultat ? On m’a suggéré de me « débrouiller » pour prendre mes photos… mais avec l’interdiction de montrer le bateau, élément central de la séance. J’ai fait le déplacement pour rien, et bien sûr, aucun remboursement n’a été proposé pour mes frais.

Révoltée par cette injustice, j’ai osé braver leur règle absurde en photographiant le bateau malgré l’interdiction. Ils m’ont « attrapée », comme si j’étais une criminelle. C’est ça, la discrimination : être punie pour un handicap, alors que d’autres touristes bénéficient de flexibilité.

Je ne recommande absolument pas DUA BOO Thaïlande à quiconque, et encore moins aux personnes en situation de handicap. Une honte.
