À lovely hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all soo friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was amazing, there was plenty of choice, everything was fresh and very tasty. Our room was clean and and comfortable. Overall we had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The room was quite basic but met our essential needs.

Overall, considering the price-to-quality ratio in Cyprus, this hotel is a very good choice.
Pros:

We booked for one night only and didn’t expect much, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
The grounds are beautiful, green, and very well maintained. There are two lovely swimming pools and the public areas are much nicer than the rooms -cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast is exactly what you’d expect for the price. The food is fresh, the quality is good.
A very special thank you to Navdeep, who went above and beyond to make us feel like truly valued and special guests.
We would also like to thank Andreas, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

The rooms are quite old and definitely in need of renovation. They are very basic, but if you’re a budget traveler who spends most of the day outside and only uses the room to sleep, it’s ok.
Sunbeds by the pool are also definitely need to be replaced.

Hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Wiedziałam, że nie będzie luksusów, ale rzeczywistość przerosła moje najgorsze oczekiwania. Standard pokoi jest bardzo niski. Nigdy w życiu nie byłam w tak brudnym hotelu. Personel był nieuprzejmy i mało pomocny. To jeden z najgorszych hoteli, w jakich byłam. Nawet za darmo nie wybrałabym ponownie pobytu w tym miejscu. Jedynym plusem było zachowanie menedżera pod koniec naszego pobytu – widząc nasze rozczarowanie, poczęstował nas prosecco. To był jedyny miły akcent tego hotelu.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcomed,especially Mrs. Agathi at the front desk. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, she was incredibly kind and friendly. A huge thank you also goes to the Operations Manager Mr Andreas, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience throughout our stay.
The food was exceptional, every meal was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety, The quality exceeded our expectations. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the evening entertainment. Every night there was something different to enjoy, and the activities and shows were fun, engaging, and created such a lively atmosphere.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, w szczególności Nesim, który był wielojęzyczny co ułatwiło nam komunikację w języku niemieckim i rosyjskim. Poza tym bardzo czysto w pokojach a lokalizacja hotelu wyśmienita, komunikacja miejska pod hotelem, liczne restauracje, Lidl i morze z promenada do samego centrum. Polecam hotel w 100%.

The event and bar staff were brilliant, alternate pool sports and outdoor sports each day. Bar staff were lovely and gave good local places to visit.

Cons:

The hotel is dated but was clean and there was UK and usb outlets.

Pokoje hotelowe sprzątane codziennie. Życzliwa, przesympatyczna kadra. Wieczorne występy.

Verlebte Eleganz - die leider nicht ausreichend in Stand gehalten wurde.
Pros:

Das Poolwasser war sauber, das Putzpersonal war nett. Wir konnten immer einen Parkplatz finden.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool waren durchgelegen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht gekühlt, ebenso der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Balkontüre habe ich nur sehr schwer öffnen können, im Badezimmer waren sowohl Klodeckel als auch Handtuchhalter nicht stabil montiert und dieser fiel runter. Und das Frühstück war echt nicht gut und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Standard.
