Pros:

Hotel je uredan i čist. Osoblje ljubazno. Hrana u restoranu odlična. Blizina autobusnog stajališta.
Vanjski bazeni uredni i čisti.

Cons:

Premalo sadržaja. Unutarnji bazen je hladan i prostorija u kojoj se bazen nalazi nije grijana. Malo sadržaja za djecu.

Pros:

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, 5 minut spacerem do piaszczystej plaży i promenady. Obok restauracje, niedaleko Lidl. Naprzeciwko park archeologiczny Grobowce Królów (do wejścia trzeba przejść na piechotę ok. 5-10 min.). My mieliśmy pokój od frontu z widokiem na morze. Jest też ruchliwa droga, hałas może przeszkadzać przy otwartym oknie (nam nie przeszkadzał). Śniadania raczej monotonne, w stylu angielskim, ale są też owoce, sery i jogurty, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Kaffee beim Frühstück sehr dünn, von allen besuchten Hotels in Cyprus(10), war das der schlechteste Kaffee auch in der Bar.
Ebenso die Säfte, wie Orangensaft oder Ananassaft. Pures Konzentrat und schlecht verdünnt.

One of the best hotels in paphos, everything was cool.
Pros:

A lot of swimming pools, great breakfast, gym is also pretty good. The view from the balcony was on seaside and it was exceptional. Overall really great hotel for it’s price and with fine location near the public beach, bus station, lidl and s bunch of restaurants. Recommend. Additionally, staff performance was one of the best I’ve ever seen, especially mr. manager.

Pros:

Nagyon szép, tágas szobát kaptunk - ráadásul Viki volt olyan kedves, hogy medencére néző kilátással rendelkező szobát adott nekünk.
Zökkenőmentes volt a be-és kicsekkolás.
Félpanziós ellátásunk volt, a reggeli és vacsora is bőséges volt, nagyon sok féle finomság közül lehetett választani minden alkalommal.
A takarításra nagyon figyelnek, kérés esetén akár minden nap is cserélnének törölközőt.
A hotel a reptértől és a városközponttól egyaránt könnyen megközelíthető, illetve a buszhálózat is nagyszerűen kiépített.
Összességében minden szempontból csk ajánlani tudom a helyet, köszönjük minden ott dolgozónak, hogy kellemessé tették az ott tartózkodásunkat 😊

Cibo eccellente e personale reattivo, ma stanze da insonorizzare

Camere grandi, colazione buona, ma migliorabile la parte dolce. La cena spaziale tantissima scelta tutti i giorni diversa ottimo cibo buonissimo.

Cons:

Le pareti sono un po' sottili (si sentivano i vicini russare) e due notti siamo stati svegliati da schiamazzi di ragazzini nei corridoi. Nonostante il disagio non dipendesse direttamente dall'hotel, il personale è stato fantastico: dopo la nostra segnalazione hanno risolto subito la situazione. Un grande grazie alla reception! Inoltre, abbiamo notato con piacere che sono iniziati dei lavori di ristrutturazione delle camere, il che fa ben sperare per il futuro miglioramento della struttura.

Le personnels reste fort agréable.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double, mais à mon arrivée, je me suis retrouvé avec deux lits simples sur roulettes. Au moindre mouvement, les lits glissaient, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable.

L’insonorisation de l’établissement est quasiment inexistante : on entend les conversations des voisins, les retours tardifs des autres clients, ainsi que tous les bruits de couloir, jusqu’aux tongs qui claquent sur le sol.

Concernant la salle de bain, l’eau de la douche était très calcaire et certains jours, il n’y avait pratiquement pas d’eau chaude, seulement une eau tiède. Le pommeau de douche manquait également de puissance et n’était même pas réglable.

J’ai aussi été surpris de devoir laisser une empreinte bancaire de 10 € pour obtenir des serviettes de piscine, ainsi qu’une autre de 50 € pour accéder à la salle de sport. Je n’avais encore jamais vu cela dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Les photos présentées sont trompeuses : les locaux sont mal entretenus, avec des fissures sur les murs, des sols sales, etc.

Ayant l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, je peux dire qu’ici, on est très loin du niveau de service attendu pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Et le comble : depuis mon retour, l’hôtel m’appelle régulièrement pour me demander de laisser une bonne note en échange d’un futur séjour gratuit. Je comprends mieux désormais pourquoi cet établissement affiche de si bonnes évaluations…

C’est regrettable, car Paphos est une très belle ville et malgré tout, les vacances se sont bien passées. Ce ne sont peut-être “que des détails”, mais au vu du prix payé, j’attendais un minimum de qualité et un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Günstiges Hotel mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht in guter Lage.

Freundlicher Empfang.
Unkompliziertes Einchecken und Auschecken.

Bequeme, große Betten. Bequeme Kissen.
Familienzimmer groß und sauber.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Gutes Internet.
Sehr schöne Beleuchtung im Zimmer und Badezimmer. Großer, toller Spiegel und komfortable große Dusche im Bad.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. (Abwechselnd Omelett und Pancakes frisch gekocht. Frisches Obst/Gemüse. Generell große Auswahl.)
Mitarbeiter grüßen immer super freundlich und sind generell top motiviert.

Es gibt auch ein täglich wechselndes Abendessen (Themen Buffet mit abwechslungsreichem Menüplan) und eine schöne Bar und Pool Bar und All Inklusive was wir nicht probiert haben.

Nicht aufdringliche Unterhaltung für alle Altersgruppen. (Bingo, Kinderdisco, Livemusik...)
Schöne Pool Anlage. Indoor Pool, Tischtennis und andere Spielmöglichkeiten.
Neben der Bar zeigen sie auch Sportübertragungen (Formel 1, Fußball,..).

Schöner Empfangsbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und stimmungsvoller Musik.
2 Aufzüge die gut funktionieren.

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Geruch im Badezimmer.
Tür bei Zimmer 253 schließt nicht gut. (Tür wackelt bei Wind und Licht/Geräusche kommen bei geschlossener Tür ins Zimmer.)
Gebäude schon etwas älter.
Geschmack der Säfte beim Frühstück.

Pleasant stay with some maintenance needed
Pros:

Large lobby, comfortable bed, clean.
Good breakfast and hospitable staff.

Cons:

The big shower head is rusty and some holes are blocked which impacts water flow, the shower glass curtain doesn't block all the water and there's nothing more annoying in a hotel stay than a wet bathroom floor, it's a common thing for hotels unfortunately but i really appreciate showers that are properly sealed leaving the rest of the bathroom dry and comfortable.
The indoor pool wasn't warm for us to compensate for a bad weather weekend
