Great place, and even better staff
Pros:

My family and I found the whole experience excellent the staff where wonderful and friendly and this allowed us to have a great holiday and a special shout out to George behind the scenes making us feel extra welcome

Wide range of buffet breakfast to choose from but in many of the choices available the quality was poor.

The hotel provides holiday all in packages and the generosity of food and drink is.abused by many of the holiday makers. Not pleasant to behold and not for we again. Otherwise it is a pleasant place with very kind and gentle and attentive foreign staff. The all in packages must be a drain on profitability and a perpetuation of the worst elements of low class clientele Very gentle and attentive staff, very good operational management but their work made difficult by the policy error of all-in provision. Pay as you go would be much better and would enable quality improvement, better stock returns and better customer experience.

Az ajtók nagyon régiek,vékonyak és mivel nem forgatható a kilincs így mindenki nagyon hangosan becsapja,így nem lehetett pihenni.

Pros:

Czysto, dobre śniadania - duży wybór. Dobre koktajle. Przy podstawowym rodzaju pokoju mieliśmy dość ładny widok na morze w oddali. Bardzo ładna plaża oddalona o jakieś 10 min spacerem. W pokoju lodówka.

Cons:

Hotel w starszym stylu. Brak suszarki na ubrania, niewygodne łóżka kołyszące się na nóżkach, bardzo niestabilne. Drzwi nieszczelne, wszystko było słychać z korytarza, zapach papierosów na korytarzu. Wiele restauracji w pobliżu hotelu było już nieczynnych (początek września) lub były otwarte do 22:00.

Hotel is located pretty well and is overall ok. Due to many subpar apsects I would not reccomend.
Pros:

Hotel is located next to the bus station and very near by is Venus beach, one of the best in that part of the city.
Room cleaning was good.
Ladies taking care of the dishes were good.

Cons:

The food selection, especially for breakfast, was disappointing in terms of both variety and preparation. On multiple occasions, we saw cockroaches roaming around the kitchen area, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the hotel was cleaned with detergents that left an overwhelmingly strong smell.
Instead of the sea view we were expecting, our view was completely dominated by the parking canopy.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would consider returning.
Pros:

The hotel offered a very good breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel.

The swimming pools were good, and there were daily entertainment activities by the pool as well as evening shows. One of the nights during our stay featured a fire show, which was absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of our visit. The hotel also provides a supervised area for young children, making it a great choice for families.

Another major advantage is the location, as the hotel is very close to the centre of Paphos, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved with a larger selection of fresh fruit, as only apples were available during our stay.

The pool area felt a little enclosed because it is surrounded by the hotel building on one side and trees on the other. This is a matter of personal preference rather than a real drawback, as some guests may appreciate the added sense of privacy and security.
