Pros:

Right in the center of Belfast. Reasonably priced, room was clean and good size, bed very comfortable. Breakfast included not great- pastries were very stale and the cooked breakfast the soda bread was extremely hard to cut. Overall would stay here again for location and price.

Lovely hotel, but not a great sleep.
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff. Room was spotless and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We were woken super early by skips and bin collection, then kept awake for a further sustained period (before 7am) by empty kegs being noisIly moved outside. Consequently we only had about 5 hours sleep.
