Brilliant will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff where so friendly especially Erin so helpful and pleasant. Location was fab easy access to castle court and Victoria Square. Parking is just a few minutes walk away.

Great location, modern clean room. Parking off site and not free
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, modern layout. Indicated parking is available at nearby value car park which it was but it is a few blocks to walk with heavy bags and even though the tickets were validated at reception is still cost more than 40 pounds for two nights.

Cons:

Bed could have been a king size as the room would have accommodated it.

Overpriced but ok.
Pros:

Room was good and clean. Location was good.

Cons:

Felt it was overpriced. Reception area is very small. Nowhere to sit with friends and relax. Breakfast I found was having fixed option for hot food from menu. 1 I ordered, I liked only eggs and rest was ok. Could have been better it individual options are provided to select from.
