Excellent room very comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel site is vey convenient to the city centre and Grand central station. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Great location.
We had booked two rooms and had request them to be close as possible but one room was on one floor the other room was on the floor above.

The beds and the pillows were really comfy. This is the best thing for me.
We had our evening meal and the staff were attentive, especially the waiter who took out order he was great, and the food was really very lovely. The guy on reception at the end of the night was also really friendly and gave us a cookie as there were none when we checked in. This is a really nice touch and we really appreciated it.
We came to the bar for a drink and were told the cocktail station. Had just closed. The bar man wasn't very friendly. My sister and I had just walked around trying to find a bar with our mum who is 73 and decided to return to the hotel as it had a bar. It felt unsafe walking around the streets.
The bar man made us feel like we were not welcome and when we said good night he didnt speak.
The breakfast also was very disappointing. The bacon was left under thr heat light too ling I imagine as it was hard and difficult to cut. My mum didnt eat hers. The coffee also on the machines was not nice.
The staff were friendly in a manner hotels don’t demonstrate anymore.
Desayuno no cumple las expectativas, ya que es una lista pequeña. Y los platos no satisfacen los gustos individuales , mucho mejor es el desayuno buffet.
La atención y los elementos en las habitaciones. No había Vasos, solo 2 vasos plásticos en el baño, precio/calidad malo.

L'emplacement est très bien et très central.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il m'a été donne une chambre pour personne en situation de handicap alors que je ne le suis pas. Au delà du fait qu'une personne en situation de handicap aurait peut-être eu besoin de cette chambre, je me suis retrouvé avec un lavabo minuscule à hauteur de mes genoux et des équipements non adaptés pour moi.
The room was so modern and spacious, with excellent views of the Town Hall. I really loved how comfortable the bed was, how big the TV was, how nice the shower was, and how delicious the buffet breakfast was. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff at reception and at breakfast were also very welcoming and helpful.
