Great first visit to the Smokey Mountains. The property is well located to all the attractions but far enough out that not in the height of the tourist crowds. Also very nice room, views and amenities offered all across the property

The resort is really big, the room we had was in building 22 across the street from the main check in. Beautiful 2 bedroom and bathroom, with a full kitchen, living room and a nice balcony, with a view. The room was really nice, lots of new updates. The section had its own pool, indoor and outdoor. A nice recreation area. The service is really good.

Don’t let them tell you they want to Upgrade your RCI website to Wyndham. It’s a ploy to sell you Wyndham travel

The resort is in a good location, but it is someone outdated and most of the condos. Do not have a good view. They only have a view of the parking lot.

Everything was great

First with the bad. I checked in quickly and was sent to get my room keys. Took 40 minutes while they insisted I needed to go to this meeting for RCI members. They kept offering different gifts and would not just take no for an answer. The good. Everything was great. Pools were warm. Staff was friendly and the maintenance team was plentiful, friendly and quick to respond. We accidently locked ourselves out of the bedroom and they were there in less than 5 minute. This was at 11pm

This is a great place for the area. Very comfy beds with very low noise and plenty of parking. Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything without being on the main drag.

From booking to departing every staff person we encountered was above and beyond with the service, professionalism, and friendly attitudes.

Sharon in Check In was WONDERFUL! We were early arriving but we were greeted with a Smile Welcoming us and told our Condo was ready & had been upgraded to a 2 Bedroom Delux with a Fabulous View of mountains!

This resort is in a great location in the heart of Sevierville’s attractions. The resort has a wonderful pool overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The staff provide great service, and our bed was comfortable.

However, before you reserve a unit, be certain that it is above ground. Our one-bedroom unit was below ground with no view and no patio or deck. You should also be sure that you are on the side of the road where the best pool and activities center are located or you will need to drive or take a shuttle to the pool.

We would stay at this resort again, but we would not stay in the room which we were assigned.

Our stay was for a “complimentary” stay to check out the resort (we actually did pay for it by attending a high-pressure sales pitch). We were placed in a basement room, with no balcony or patio. Ok, no problem. However, the room was dingy and drab and unbelievably small. There was no clearance between the couch and the small table - we could not even access the chairs around the back of the table. There were no usb ports, a light switch was behind the couch, and bathroom outlets were hidden behind towels. It was very dated, with worn furniture and chipped baseboards. It was a completely disappointing experience. If they were trying to impress us, they failed!

Everything......apartment was beautiful. Loved both pools and hot tubs. Staff was great at check in. It was smooth and super quick.

We have stayed at Club Wyndham several times in the past and we can say it never disappoints. Service from staff personnel is always prompt and courteous. Location is perfect for all attractions. We are frequent guests.
