La gentilezza del personale in particolare Angela nella sala colazioni gentilissima e la vicinanza alla metro

Cons:

La pulizia della struttura e della stanza, il bagno al nostro arrivo era pieno di capelli e all’interno del battiscopa c’erano degli insettini che uscivano e te li ritrovavi sulle scarpe o sulle valige, nella hall dove c’erano i divanetti era molto sporco.

Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente e l’ho trovata molto pulita e confortevole. Il check in è 24/24.
Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla.
Ha la fermata metro praticamente di fianco e anche varie fermate bus.

Cons:

Non è centralissima, si trova al nord della città. Per noi che usavamo i mezzi non proprio comodissima come soluzione, ma ci siamo comunque adattate!

Excellent base
Pros:

Friendly greeting from security on arrival at carpark, reception very friendly and efficient. Happy to give advice on getting into city centre. We walked in and got taxi back. €10 from city centre

Cons:

Not within the control of the hotel but massive stadium being built beside hotel with some noise and dust.

Muy contento con la habitación porque habia pedido una habitación doble y nos dieron una doble con una supletoria.
