Pros:

Huge apartment. Room is clean and nice. Toilet is huge. Washing machine and dryer provided is nice as the laundromat is quite expensive in Queenstown.

Cons:

A little far from CBD. Carpark access can be a little far from the room.

Just a tip: if your staying in the 1 bedroom apartment with balcony you have a stunning view of the snowy mountains
Pros:

The location was perfect, only a 10min walk to the city centre which made it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and warm. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated that they checked in each day to see if we needed fresh towels, bedding or any other services. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Queenstown.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm but I think that’s more of a personal preference.

Location is great. Close enough to the town to walk to and from.

Cons:

The way which the card locks work on the sliding doors was not explained when given the cards.

The view was wonderful! The location is good. The room was warm. Relatively comfortable.
There was no breakfast. There was an option to get a box. We didn’t take that option

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The heater in the bathroom broke. We did tell that at the reception but nobody came to fix it. The “cleaning crew” only took out the garbage; no cleaning.

Overall enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities and little laundry space a great bonus. Everything you needed for a short to longer stay was there. Overall facilities were in good order.

Cons:

The couch was a bit grubby and super uncomfortable. It was a fold out bed/couch but in poor condition so you were basically sitting on hard pieces that didn't fold in well.

Pros:

とても広く、また隅々まで綺麗に掃除もされていてました。
食器や調理器具も新しく気持ちよく使うことができました。
湖畔までは歩いて10分ほどで良い散歩になります。
高台にに建っているので夜、部屋の窓やバルコニーから星が見えました。
寝室のベッドから寝ながら星が見えるのは最高です。

Cons:

1Fにバスルームとトイレがあります。バスルームは10分間だけ暖房が付けられますが、毎回、トイレを使用する時は寒かったです。
