Clean, comfortable and close to town centre
Pros:

Garden Court was in a fabulous location - just a short walk into the city and the stunning lake is just down the end of the street. The room was perfect for what we required - kitchen, laundry and a seperate living area and bedroom. I will stay again.

Pros:

Clean and tidy, large room and easy access to downtown. Enjoyed the stay

A quick stroll to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The free breakfast. A rip off. The tired room with a stained carpet, chipped paintwork, a smelly bathroom and hints of mould.

Pros:

Breakfast was crap, I would rather spend 19 dollars at a cafe. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Bathroom fan was broken, spa bath did not work, apartment walls were stained or dirty, curtains are dirty, room was not serviced except for rubbish bins, generally untidy. It's the small stuff that needs cleaning.
