It was ok. The beds could be softer
Pros:

The property has potential but the staff could’ve been nicer and more attentive. We had to wait at the front desk every time to be helped because there wasn’t anyone there to greet us.

Cons:

The staff’s attitude and had no customer service attitude. The beds were so uncomfortable and stiff.

We had a very short visit as we were there to attend a mass in Buffalo.
Pros:

The staff was very courteous and kind.

Cons:

We didn't like hearing the people above us nor did we like being awakened at one o'clock in the morning by some person pounding on the door.
