Overall amazing hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was on point to train station and main activities our family had planned.

Cons:

Some might not like the restaurant music across the street but our family was able to use it as white noise.

Pros:

The front desk was amazing — very friendly and welcoming. We had a lot of luggage, and I think the only downside was that we had to carry it to our rooms ourselves. I’m not sure if someone was supposed to assist with that, but overall it was a great experience.

Cons:

One thing that did make us uncomfortable was when we asked a staff member about getting hot water or how it worked. The ladies laughed afterward and seemed to make comments about us, which felt unprofessional and upsetting.
