The bed was clean. The room was clean. The bed was nice and comfy. The towels were clean
The thing I didn’t like about the hotel was you had to pay £10 per person for the pool, hot tub and sauna even if you were a guest of the hotel as well as this the car park was £24 for 24 hours which is ridiculous considering your paying for the hotel which should be free in my opinion
The bed was so comfortable
All the times we have stayed in the past the use of pool and sauna was included in the price along with robes and slippers. This time it was a separate charge. We weren’t expecting this and were really disappointed about this.
Also our room had some grubby handprints on the wall which was disappointing too.
Nice hotel overall, good amount of facilities but didn't use them over my short stay
Neighbourhood could look a little better and the ground floor I feel could do with some more natural light / brighter vibe overall

Staff inattentive to my family’s disability
They were inattentive to my family’s disability and made no attempt to help identify their lift from outside to the hotel to the road was not working.
