Cons:

Front of house. There’s a gentlemen there’s who is severely rude. Every time I’ve stayed here hes rude, he said he’ll be 2 minutes and was 15. His attitude stinks and it really puts me off staying there

Pros:

rooms were lovely and was perfect for a kupocon pop up the bar and lounge area on first floor were a great place to hang out

Cons:

smell of mold in bathroom did complaon but smell still there after it was cleaned, the restraunts food was lovely the first night but on the 2nd it was swiming in butter and the gammon steak was very fatty, the whisky from the put was given in a pint glass filled with ice

Feels neglected, big rooms, average brwakfasr
Pros:

Big rooms, big tv, big bathroom with both bath tub and shower, central location, spa available ( i have not tried that)

Cons:

Rooms need revamping, feels neglected, no toilet rolls ( which i find unacceptable), reception staff look a bit lost, neighbouring building look rough, breakfast was average and limited in options.
