Slightly the location, not in tube access
It’s little bit far from city but every thing is ok

Everything was really good apart from the breakfast wow 15 quid it was the worst breakfast ever I would like my money back for the breakfast there as 3 of us all payed 15 each and was horrible
Easy location to find and quick check in late at night. Loved the welcome cookies, a really nice touch. I booked the room on the day and was pleasantly surprised at the price for an overnight stay in london near the excel.
Only small issue was the lighting, one switch controlled everything so I couldn't just have a bedside light on.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a lovely experience. The hotel was nice, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend!

The bed was bad, they never answer their phone, messages, or emails. I forgot my dress there, called severally no one answered. The have very poor communication.
