Ok
Cons:

A lot of flies and the lamps in the room were filthy. The armchair in the corner also had stains and was dirty

The location to the Excell arena and city airport are fantastic
Good breakfast and bar food options

Cons:

The fitness centre is very bad.
A token small room space and terrible equipment range.
A bigger space and equipment upgrade is badly needed

Pros:

Good location, close to Excel London and cable car, confortable beds, good breakfast

Cons:

Although we have asked for the sofa bed to be made for our daughter, when we came back it wasn't done, and until 11 pm it was not sorted. We have stayed before but this time staff was a bit slow. Hope it was a one time thing. We will stay again as we really like this hotel

Came here for my birthday with my daughter, reception asked me about my travel etc and then even gave me early check in

Fiyat performans olarak çok memnun kaldım
Pros:

Genel olarak temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü. Her ne kadar merkeze uzak görünse de metrolara (DHL- Elizabet Line) ve otobus duraklarına yakın. Giyat performans gayet guzel. Araç varsa otopark cok uygun.

Cons:

Odalardaki klimaya müdahale edilememesini beğenmedim. Hem sesli çalışıyor hem de üşüdüm. Çözümü kartı tamamen cıkararak kapatmakta buldum. Ama mevsım olarak serin değilse sorun olmayacak bir konu.

Perfect from start to finish
Pros:

Honestly , this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional and made my birthday trip one to remember. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, with a complimentary drinks voucher, discounted food, cakes and cookies. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.
