Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location
Great location for Silverworks festival, nice restaurant for breakfast which was good.
Room smelt damp, complained next day on check out as got to room late but no offer for any partial Refund or anything given. Room window looked out to the hvac system so no view despite being high up.

I didn't really enjoy my stay for 5 nights. Very poor WiFi and staff not too friendly, especially one elderly man at the reception. I reported about the bad WiFi connection on my first day and he didn't even bother to intervene, instead he was concerned about the system which was down while he needed to check in guests as if my concern was not critical.
I decided not to extend my stay due to a bad WiFi connection. I had to use my own mobile data almost all the time. Staff at the reception are not friendly. I also didn't really enjoy my breakfast. Fried eggs i requested during my breakfaat were always salty. I had no choice but to relocate to a different hotel.
