Fantastic location.

Cons:

Room lacked anywhere to sit such as a chair and very little storage. Pillows lumpy.
Had asked for room with walk in shower due to disability, wet room was ideal complete with pull cord for help.

Quality, value ,service and good location you cannot go wrong staying.
Pros:

High standard of service with polite and helpful staff.
Room suited purposes and was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Apart from a stomper on the floor above for a period just after midnight nothing to dislike.

Staff excellent, breakfast, excellent, hotel lovely and super clean, on our last stay we had to leave a day early due to illness ( nothing to do with the hotel), on arrival this time, the staff remembered and gave us a lovely discount, how good is that ? Well done HOLIDAY INN, see you soon

Great location, good value budget stay.
Pros:

Superb location right at the heart of Gunwharf quays

Cons:

We were given the key to our room which turned out to be already occupied. The receptionist apologised and we were given a couple of drinks vouchers for the inconvenience. How can the system not stop rooms being allocated that are already occupied??

Very enjoyable for a short stay & would return

Excellent location, clean & tidy, food good value

Cons:

We had an adjoining door to the next room, so could hear the occupants snoring & talking , felt uncomfortable so had to put a chair against the door

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage im Einkaufszentrum & zu Fuß schnell auf den historischen Schiffen. 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Gute, breite Einzelbetten
