Unable to get ex-service discount over the phone with 'Blue Card' number. Because I did not do it on line I was unable to get the discount, which I found disappointing.

Enjoyed every day.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning was working and very efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Having 2 chairs in a room designed for two people would have been helpful.

It was a perfect location to explore the attractions in the locality.
Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was not hot, despite being there relatively early in the allotted time frame.
This is our second visit to the hotel and we had previously been very satisfied, a shame!
