This is a pleasant hotel with a friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The room was very pleasant.
A little bit difficult to find from the car park as there is very poor signage.

The fact we had to park in the public multi storey car park and carry luggage a good distance.
My wife have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bicester. The room there was very comfortable but the food was frankly terrible. At this location, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast, so much so that I had two courses. The room was clean and comfortable and the location convenient.

Very difficult to find if it’s your first time visiting. Walked for a long time only to realise the hotel could have been accessed through a shorter route.
Love this hotel when visiting Portsmouth! The staff are brilliant as is the location . This is our third time staying here and with parking so cheap ; it’s just perfect for a night away !

Room well below standard, old bed and wet room didn't drain making the shower unusable
Step outside the hotel and you’re in Gunwharf Quays. Vouchers given for discounts at some local food outlets, and Gunwharf shops. Good, cheap parking
It is a lovely hotel with great staff however low score is due to no aircon - it was being repaired at the time but because of the heat wave we spent an uncomfortable night even with a fan and the small aperture of the opening window. Water was on offer and plentiful as was ice cream!

Excellent location with easy walking access to all the facilities.
Air conditioning wasn’t working & it was in the middle of a heatwave; supposed to to be complimentary ice cream & chilled water in reception but this was not evident.
