Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel great location, warm welcome on arrival. Lovely comfortable and clean room. Best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return

Convenient location to station, shops and historic port area
Pros:

Well located to shops and eateries and historic port area. Easy walk with bags from train station. Good options for breakfast and rooms clean with good water pressure in shower and comfortable beds.
Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

Well, the air conditioning was undergoing maintenance and was not working so had portable fan in room.. Imagine this is only a temporary problem. Fortunate that temperature was not really hot when we stayed.

Modern hotel located at the centre of Gunwharf Quays with parking and easy access to shops, restaurants & other attr
Pros:

The location is excellent in the centre of Gunwharf Quays centre with shops, restaurants, cafes & Bars all close by. There are also a variety of leisure facilities & tourist attractions to visit in the immediate area. Parking is easy and plentiful at the location

Cons:

Nothing I can think of. I shall definitely stay here again

One of our many stays here on our way home to Guernsey. 10 minutes to the harbour and ferry.
Pros:

It’s perfect for the ferries from Portsmouth. Stayed here many times. Great location on Gunwharf quays and walking distance to the Historic dockyard.
