朝食はいろいろなバリエーションがあってよかった。

Cons:

チェックアウトの際に宿泊のStatement Portfolioをもらえなかったのは痛い。
Gymが24時間ではなく、朝6時からというのは遅すぎる。

Attentive staff
Pros:

Taylor at the front desk was super attentive and helped me extend my checkout which was critical for my stay. The staff was very on top of everything. Very clean. Everything I needed for this stay.

Pros:

La ubicacion excelente, el personal muy amable muy pero muy buen personal!

Cons:

El hotel tenia un olor muy fuerte, no se si era por las remodelaciones, pero olia mal, las camas muy viejas, y creo que podrian poner ventanas a prueba de ruido

Great location, even better staff!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel with amazingly helpful staff (at a great rate). Jae Hyeon Hong was especially helpful when we were checking in- even with how scattered and tired we were he made sure to help us with everything including troubleshooting getting movie tickets.

This hotel is well located with Starfield Mall just a short walk away and the Suseo train station only about 15-20 minutes by cab. I’m impressed at the quality and size of the rooms for the cost- Ibis Styles hotels are quickly becoming my favourite thanks to their cool rooms and consistently professional staff. This hotel is perfect for travelling families because there’s a convenience store right in the basement and even a movie theatre. The breakfast buffet is extremely delicious too- well worth adding on.

Goed maar zou in de toekomst hotel kiezen met betere ligging
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Hadden eerst een kamer (connecting room) die heel lawaaierig was. Vlot andere kamer gekregen maar heel kleine kamer met zeer weinig licht en geen plaats om koffers te zetten. In de buurt wat koffieshops en restaurant. 15 minuten stappen tot aan COEX en metro.
