The heater did not work properly
Slats kept pointing down and heat was not what the temp was saying
The area outside the door was difficult to negotiate for elderly or in my husbands case he is blind
Overall maybe a little tired ?
The size of the whole unit was good, with a nice size kitchen.
The room is very cold and does not feel warm at all. In one of the rooms there was a metal style heater/radiator it looked like an old style appliance, and honestly freaked me out as someone who lives in Darwin NT never using heaters before, this was scary to look at and was worried about the quality of it and safety using it.
The dining table and chairs are the wrong size, if you sit on the chair your legs can't fit underneath the table, therefore was unable to eat at the dining table at all without our chairs very far out and not under the table.
The couch is very old and basic with leather peeling, not very nice given the price. The wooden bunk beds are very old and dated. The bathrooms were mould around the silicone, this needs to be replaced. not nice showering and seeing the mould/brown spores on the silicone.
We had a hire car and unable to park it in the driveway of property as there was a white service van parked there which meant our big car could not fit comfortably next to it,
Clean and modern
Our second bedroom was locked and the key was lost and took a while to be found
Size of rooms and bathroom facilities - cleanliness - proximity to shopping centres and our family who live 8-10mins away
Regular “Hand “ towels need to be supplied in each bathroom as well as the face washers and Bath towels! A small towel rail or even two hooks near kitchenette sink would be handy for tea towels! Also a long towel rail behind door in bathroom would be handy! But overall the unit Bathrooms are excellent .

The location was quiet and had a homely feel to it.
I mentioned i was having trouble with my hip and didnt want to do the stairs the lovely young man upgraded me to downstairs was very lovely of him..i was impressed with how quiet it was being on a very busy highway bed was great great location
