Pros:

We have stayed here many times now and its always a pleasant stay. We hadn't stayed in a regular motel room before (family of 5 but this time there was only 4 of us). It was a spacious room, clean and comfortable beds. Location is good, easy to get around being on the Nepean Highway. Can't hear the highway either, its great! The rooms are reasonably soundproof. Will happily stay here again.

Cons:

For a 4 person room, there were 2 bowls and no plates, and just 1 knife and 1 fork. There were adequate cups, teaspoons and tea/coffee/sugar. There was a blob of toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The fridge could have been a degree or two colder to ensure food safety.

Last minute cheap booking, I probably wouldn't stay here again though by choice.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable! Great that there was a small TV in each bedroom. The kitchen was clean, along with the fridge.

Cons:

Our first impression of the property was extremely concerning. On arrival, we were confronted with what appeared to be a literal crime scene, with approximately 15–20 police officers present, photographs being taken, and crime scene officers in yellow suits examining an upstairs room. Naturally, I asked reception whether everything was okay and whether it was safe for us to stay. The response I received was, “My manager doesn’t know what’s happening.” This was hardly reassuring and left us feeling very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself also fell well short of expectations. The TV wall mounts need to be updated so the television can swivel and be viewed comfortably from all beds, rather than only from the single bed. Cleanliness was another major concern. Perhaps I have high standards, but the attached photos speak for themselves. The cleaning trolleys, with laundry bags left in them, were also stored in the driveway and car park as you drive into the property, which did not create a welcoming first impression. The room was very small for a living, dining and kitchen area intended to accommodate more than two people. The shower was extraordinarily noisy, to the point where you almost needed earplugs. Even worse, water leaked out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. By the time all three of us had showered, we had used every one of the five towels provided to soak up the water. The towels themselves were extremely small and had a very dusty smell. The condition of the toilet brush was absolutely disgusting and raised further concerns about the overall standard of cleanliness. To top it all off, when I got into the shower, I discovered that both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. They also appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time, with a distinctive orange-coloured residue around the tops. Overall, this stay was disappointing on several levels, I would struggle to recommend this accommodation.
