Surprisingly great!
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and new, staff worked to make things right when our air conditioning was working

Cons:

The air conditioning in our first room did not work well when the sun was strongest in the afternoon hours. We moved rooms as soon as there was availability.

Al met al prima verblijf!
Pros:

De locatie was prima, niet op de strip maar wel op korte afstand, vanaf de voorkant van het resort kijk je op de strip. Het exterieur is mooi en typisch Amerikaans, wij houden daarvan. Het was erg vriendelijk dat we vanwege onze gemiste vlucht en een dag later komen, een refund kregen voor onze eerste nacht zonder dat we erom vroegen. Helaas weet ik de naam niet van deze vriedelijke dame achter de balie. Ze gaf ons een welkom gevoel. Het ontbijt was prima voor Amerikaanse begrippen, genoeg keuze. Zwembad netjes en schoon maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en gehorig, onze buren hadden last van ons toen we door onze jetlag wakker werden midden in de nacht en onze kinderen van 6 en 14 ruzie kregen in de nacht omdat ze samen op een slaapbank sliepen. Zelf heb ik geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. De slaapbank viel tegen qua kwaliteit als er twee kinderen op moeten slapen, ook zorgde het uitklappen ervan, ervoor dat de woonkamer erg vol en klein was. Maar al met al een prima verblijf, we zouden terugkomen als we naar iets dergelijks op zoek zijn en in de buurt zijn. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is namelijk prima. En de dame achter de balie was vriendelijk en eerlijk om onze afwezige eerste nacht terug te betalen.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de slaapbank en de ruimte in de suite. Gelukkig verbleven we niet veel tijd binnen want we waren veel op pad.

Check in staff did not provide clear and complete information so from minute one arrival was very frustrating. Other staff throughout the stay were better.
