Great family stay
Pros:

Great location and the place was great nice pool and a decent breakfast!

Cons:

The fridge in the room had issues but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Cons:

Room was not clean, seems was not vacuumed for a while, Stained chairs, some of the supplies in the room and bathroom were missing. Room was booked for four adults, there were only two sets of towels.
Breakfast wasn’t available until 7am even though we were told it will start and available at 6am. Breakfast items were not being refilled as frequently, specially the coffee.

Pros:

Decent breakfasr. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed, the gym was being worked on the TV did not work. Told the manager and he said it would be awhile before maintenance could help.However later that night kids were swimming in the pool. I don't think the manager had any idea.

Gym closed down. Room smelled funky. Front desk staff never at front desk. Internet out all weekend.

Would have been much better with towels.
Cons:

No towels in the room. When we asked the front desk for towels they said that they were being laundered and they would get back with us and never did. Had to dry off with hand towels.

This is the only hotel in 41 years my wife said on the way out she would never stay at again.
Cons:

The food was only lukewarm. There was blood on the curtains and in the elevator. You could not find anyone at the desk to check in or out without a long wait.
