Unfortunately, our stay this time was disappointing compared to our previous visit. The hotel was not as clean as it had been during our last stay. There was hair on the bathroom door, and the toilet was leaking. We reported the issue to the staff, but it was never repaired during our stay.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience, especially because our previous stay had been much better. I hope management will address these cleanliness and maintenance concerns so future guests have a better experience.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We paid nearly $400 for two rooms. One of the rooms was 3 hours late for check-in, and when we finally got into the other room, it was disgusting and not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness.

After bringing the issues to their attention, I was told that I would receive a refund. Instead, after being given the runaround, I was ultimately offered $15 on a nearly $400 stay.

The biggest issue for me isn’t just that there were problems with the rooms—it’s how the situation was handled afterward. If you tell a guest they will receive a refund, you should honor that commitment. Offering $15 after everything we experienced was extremely disappointing.

I would expect much better communication, cleanliness, and customer service for what we paid.
