Morning breakfast
Pros:

We went to movenpick for breakfast and had a lovely time. We enjoyed the lovely customer service and delicious food. The staff that served us were polite and helpful. Even the birthday girl was impressed and that takes a lot. Well done movenpick!

Overall good for short stay
Pros:

We stayed there for a wedding and a family trip
Checking in was easy and fast, checking out was smooth
Breakfast was delicious however there are not flexible on timing 10:30 for me is too soon as close time
Pool was nice
Staff were friendly and quick to respond

Cons:

Rooms arent quite, you can hear music and people speaking outside.

Jack is the super star
Pros:

First, I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to Jack, who truly went beyond expectations. It is rare to remember a staff member without having met them in person, but his care, attention, and follow-up made him the superstar of the hotel.

I would also like to recognize Mounia and Raisa, two wonderful ladies at reception. They were incredibly welcoming, and I loved the positive atmosphere and warm vibes they created throughout our stay.

A special thanks to Resham from Room Service, who delivered the cake to my room with a smile and even arranged the candles I requested at the very last minute!

Finally, Mr. Ravi deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism. Despite our late arrival for breakfast, he warmly accommodated us and ensured everything was perfect.

The staff were excellent, and their genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
