Pros:

The location was great bed was comfy

Cons:

Arrived at 2:45 room wasnt ready returned to property a lil after 4 was told room still wasnt ready. Couldn't cancel booking because it was booked through third party. Changed room type to accommodate room not being ready and to be on the same floor with other family members was told charges wouldn't change being it wasnt my fault room wasnt ready. Stains were on curtains and door was torn up in bathroom.

Pros:

Tou d’abord, l’hôtel est vétuste, pas de chaude comme il faut, douche en piteux état et le petit déjeuner minimaliste de chez minimaliste. Le dernier jour même pas de lait pour un petit déjeuner et à ma question pour demander si oui on pouvait avoir du lait, une réponse sèche en me tournant le dos : NO! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout.

Our TV didn’t work when we first got there. Maintenance came and fixed it but then the next morning the remote needed new batteries. We got them replaced and then that night we couldn’t even turn the tv off. There wasn’t enough water pressure to even take a shower and it took forever to run enough in the tub to bathe. We asked the housekeeper to just bring us clean towels not to worry about cleaning our room and we never got them.

Pros:

I liked the staff they were great.

Cons:

First we didn't like the sliding bathroom door because there was no privacy. There were crumbs on the table tops in our roomso it just didn't feel clean. Also I understand the breakfast is complimentary. But was by far the worst breakfast ive had at a hotel.. it was nicely laid out and lots of options but just wasn't great. Also the snacks are insanely expensive.

L hôtel est très moyen.
Cons:

Notre chambre était prévue à 15h et elle n a été prête qu à 16h30, la chambre était sale: des traces de café sur les tables de nuit, des poils dans la douche, la climatisation qui était réglée trop froid et qu on ne pouvait pas changer…
