Best Western Plus Tulsa Woodland Hills Hotel and Suites

Paid for a room with jetted tub but had to be moved to another room due to thermostat not working. Was no ETA from maintenance

Broken toilet that we found out had actually been reported by the previous guests as well. Were told maintenance would come, but did not see them at all during our 2 day stay.

Guy at check-in was very unprofessional and very messy in appearance.

The hotel smelled like Marijuana, they told us the pool closed at 8 even though the website says 10, the man attended counter was incredibly rude to my mother, then to me, and the elevator closed on a women's arm who was getting in.

I have never felt so disrespected or unwelcome at a hotel in my life. This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering staying here to think twice before booking.

On the morning of checkout, I woke up around 10:30 a.m. and immediately booked another two-night stay because I had originally planned to continue staying at the hotel. While I was packing, an employee working the morning shift knocked on my door at 11:00 a.m. to let me know it was checkout time and that they needed the room cleaned. I politely apologized, explained that I had just booked another two-night stay, and told her I was actively packing and would be out as quickly as possible.

Instead of allowing me a few minutes to finish packing, the same employee came back to my room three more times while I was still gathering my belongings. Each interaction became increasingly rude and hostile. She even threatened to call the police on me, despite the fact that I had already explained the situation, was cooperating, and was in the process of leaving.

I was staying with my sister and her boyfriend. Although the reservation was under my name, my sister paid the security deposit and provided her ID when she did so. Even so, the employee gave my sister a hard time about the room and acted as though she wasn’t associated with the reservation. We understood that the reservation was in my name, but since she had paid the deposit and provided identification during check-in, the way she was treated only added to an already frustrating situation.

Once I finished packing, I decided that after being treated that way, I no longer wanted to stay there. I went to the front desk to ask about canceling the reservation I had just made and getting a refund. I remained calm, respectful, and simply wanted to discuss my options.

Couldn’t understand the staff, but they were pleasant enough. Just hit language barriers:

The woman in the breakfast gave us bad service, not kind at all
