Location was cool.

Cons:

Staff could have been better with hospitality. There was no phone in the room. The TV did not work. And there were no batteries inside any of the remotes. Half the light bulbs didn't work in the room either. Not to mention that the toilet kept running all night!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Front desk clerk was super friendly

Cons:

Sofa sleeper was sp thin the springs were sticking out, breakfast staff couldn't understand English, the pool opens to late and close to early. Paying 630.00 for three seemed expensive to not eat or swim

I can hardly wait to stay here again when I visit my sister and nephews.
Pros:

All was pleasant. The breakfast was great. The people were nice. The staff were nice. The room was comfortable nice. The beds were comfortable. I love that. There was a refrigerator and a little microwave. A good TV a hot shower. It was all nice.

Homeless outside next to car. Dirty towels behind my pillow hair in the tub slushie spilt in elevator and no one cleaned it up how early the pool closed. Six kids in the room next to me that was loud the whole weekend.

Person working nights at front desk is not there to work

Cons:

The nighttime staff I showed up at 6:30 had a reservation for the next four days. Wanted to do an early check-in so I could get to sleep as I work nights. He/him at the front desk didn’t want to do anything so he told me wait until seven until the lady came in. I asked him if I could go eat breakfast while I waited. he told me no because I haven’t paid yet, but he wouldn’t let me pay him and I had already paid for four other days very unhelpful and seemed happy to not help

The room was comfortable and roomy. Counter ladies were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast. From 6 to 9, and when we went down at 7, there were no eggs. One coffee pot was empty. The juice machines were all out of order. The cooler for yogurt was empty. So we had a slice of bread and piece of sausage.

El trato pésimo la recepcionista no habla español cuando se supone que es un hotel internacional, retienen mucho dinero de depósito para el tipo de servicio y espero y si me lo devuelva ya que deben pasar 5 días , hay cucarachas y otros bichos , toallas sucias no te asean el cuarto cuartos empolvados con mal olor y olor a marihuana en el pasillo cerca a la recepción
