Cons:

I book through booking.com and got confirmation number but My booking didn't go through so I have pay the different prices . They won't prices match me. My booking is $222 for 3 night but up front i pay $279.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was well equipped.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like smoke and check-in took very long because they wouldn't accept the card I had made my reservation with.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, my room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a central location.
Pros:

I like the pool and gym. The staff was nice, the lady that provides breakfast was adamant about breakfast being closed. The location is central and convenient if you have a car. There is a bus route in walking distance of the hotel.

Cons:

I would like to access the gym early in the morning instead of 10. The facility should consider extending hours or change it to 24/7 like most hotels. I couldn’t use the microwave because the cord was too short and couldn’t plug into the wall. It didn’t bother me but the pillows were small.

Cons:

Location (traffic made it difficult to get to). At 6:00am there was a shortage of hot water (cold shower).

The morning staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel smelled like Marijuana, they told us the pool closed at 8 even though the website says 10, the man attended counter was incredibly rude to my mother, then to me, and the elevator closed on a women's arm who was getting in.
