Das Personal stets zur hilfe bereit und immer sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Aufzuganlage (Lift) , z.t musste man lange warten bis einer der beiden lifte an der Etage halt machten ,
Die Fenster müssten die eine oder andere repariert werden (lassen sich nicht arretieren in die offene Stellung , das klimagerät ist etwas laut .

Fui atendido em cima da hora depois de um problema com a reserva de outro hotel. Fomos muito bem recebidos com um excelente custo-benefício.

Só a falta de flexibilidade do sistema de reservas, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência que foi excelente
