La situación

Cons:

El colchón se hundía. El sofá estaba en condiciones pésimas, por lo que no teníamos donde sentarnos. El lavabo y la bañera no tragaban, la cisterna estaba roto el botón. Nos encontramos con un problema en el baño que despedía olor a tubería, que solucionaron.

Estancia muy acogedora. Sitio tranquilo y muy buena ubicación. Desayuno buffet excepconal.

Cons:

Aparcamiento escaso en la zona sobretodo viniendo de Puy de Fou (reservar plaza, el centro no tiene tanta capacidad)

An excellent hotel for touring Toledo with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Beautiful property, very clean and plenty of places to sit and a great restaurant downstairs. The front desk staff were exceptional and very kind to me when I was poorly. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic venue.
Pros:

There was a garage attached to the hotel which makes a lot of difference in Toledo. The hotel was very luxurious in decor and room facilities.

A very well run hotel with a fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Cordial welcome, helpful bike storage, fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Super location for Toledo sights.

Cons:

Minor issues- housekeeping not replenishing day 1 usage, gazebo plug leaking and reception staff unable to get password for guest PC.
