Gestione poco trasparente, posizione decentrata e servizi non all'altezza delle 4 stelle dichiarate.
Pros:

Il parcheggio non è un problema: quello della struttura è ampio e, in più, di fronte c'è un altro grande parcheggio pubblico, quindi trovare posto è facile anche in zona. È stato forse l'aspetto più comodo del soggiorno.

Cons:

Al check-out mi è stata addebitata una colazione che avevo già pagato con la prenotazione: dopo dieci minuti nel retro, l'addetto non ha saputo spiegare né l'addebito né perché due camere identiche e vicine avessero prezzi diversi. Degli ascensori uno era guasto e un altro funzionava a singhiozzo (sono rimasto bloccato due volte). La camera puzzava fortemente di fumo e verso le 2/3 di notte c'era gente che parlava ad alta voce in corridoio senza alcun intervento. Anche la posizione è piuttosto distante dal centro. Per una struttura che si dichiara a 4 stelle, troppe cose fuori posto.
