Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The pillows were absolutly hard and horrible. We had headache everytime we woke up.

Pros:

Lovely big spacious room with a powerful shower and we had a nice but small balcony. Plenty of storage space, also had a small fridge, coffee maker and a safe. Our large bed was very comfortable. We had a good selection of hot and cold buffet food for breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is in a good location with a train station just 15 minute walk and bus options but found the roads very busy. The staff are really friendly, everyone made our stay enjoyable, thank you.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin so we could hear when other rooms were taking a shower, using the toilet or walking above, this only affected us on our last night when the room occupancy went up.

Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Très Très bien pour un 2 étoiles.

Cons:

Nous étions un peu éloigné du centre et les travaux du futur tram n'ont pas facilité nos déplacements.

I chose this hotel because of its "wonderful" rating. It lived up to that rating.
Pros:

The hotel was charming, clean, fresh and modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage prior to checking in as well as the next day as we explored Florence.

Cons:

The parking situation. The street is very narrow and parking is limited. There really isn't a place to stop or park to check-in, etc. I knew there was a parking garage provided by the hotel but couldn't find it. You have to have them direct you. However, the front desk staff explained the situation, personally walked us to the private parking garage and showed us what to do. I should have asked for instructions prior to arrival but I didn't know what to expect. It all worked out though!
