O hotel é maravilhoso! A localização é perfeita. O staff do hotel é extremamente gentil. O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso, a decoração é linda, o banheiro enorme! O café da manhã é delicioso. Enfim, tudo o que se espera de um hotel em Siena é entregue!
O único ponto é que eles informam que se pode estacionar nas ruas próximas ao hotel, para quem não faz a reserva do estacionamento, o que verdade. Porém não nos informaram que às quintas e sextas existe uma restrição de horário para a limpeza da rua e fomos surpreendidos com uma multa de 29,40 euros logo pela manhã. Essa é uma informação importante e consideramos que precisa ser dada aos hóspedes.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, light and airy. It was also very conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the station.
The staff were all delightful and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
I also appreciated the fact that there was a proper coffee machine in the bar area that was available when we left early at 6am.along with fresh croissant. A good way to start the day
