Clean, nice location and staff at front reception were all friendly.
Pros:

Clean and bright room and it was spacious. Buffet breakfast had a lot of nice variety.

Cons:

They provide bars of soap for handwashing which is not necessary when almost all other hotels have liquid hand soap in a pump. The bar gets messy after 1st use.

A most pleasant and rewarding experience
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the escalator system which takes you to the station and long distance bus services such as Flixbus, Outside of the escalator complex and a short walk from the hotel is the bus stop for e.g the 130 which takes you by quite a scenic route to San Gimignano and other pretty towns.
The breakfast choice is excellent, freshened up continuously by the cheery and welcoming staff. In fact all the staff were of the highest quality, helpful with bookings from taxis to opera, and always welcoming and friendly. My wife and I have been stotting around the hotels of several continents for over sixty years and this hotel stands comparison with any of them for a genuine and visitor friendly approach, and in this respect I would include our cleaner, a splendid woman and a credit to Cuba. Well done Italia and we would go back in a flash.

Cons:

They could have cured my golf swing, sold copies of my book "A Dundonian Sings To A Cabbage", or found me a winning ticket for Euromillions, but otherwise nothing of note.

Lovely staff, comfortable accommodations, and easy to walk to the Piazza del Campo.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location from the train station. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

Could be a bit far from the city center for some. Great if you like to walk!

Gutes Hotel zur Erkundung von Siena.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist ein typisches Hotelzimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war immer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und war prima. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz auf dem Hotel-Gelände gebucht und damit war das Auto weg von der Straße. Man kann gut ins Zentrum von Siena laufen und damit bleibt das Auto während des Aufenthalts stehen.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Cons:

Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit unser Fahrzeug auf dem Hotelparkplatz noch auf der Strasse zu parkieren. Deshalb haben wir nicht hier übernachtet - mussten jedoch trotzddm den vollen Preis bezahlen - Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!
