UM HOTEL COM EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO E CAFÉ DA MANHÃ.
Pros:

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. explicaram com toda a paciência como estacionar, já que o estacionamento do hotel estava cheio. Depois, havia um pequeno barulho vindo do apartamento ao lado, e o funcionário veio ver e deu o encaminhamento necessário. O café da manhã de excelente qualidade.

Alla reception sono stati molto gentili in quanto avevamo due prenotazioni differenti perché avevamo dovuto anticipare l'arrivo a causa dello sciopero del 30 e loro hanno fatto di tutto per lasciarci nella stessa stanza e hanno fatto ancora di più perché al momento della prenotazione c'erano solo stanze matrimoniali mentre loro sono riusciti a cambiare come era nostro desidero una stanza con 2 letti singoli Superior senza pagare in più

Estaba muy limpio camas muy cómodas desayuno bufet bueno con unas tartas buenísimas el personal genial súper amables ayudándole con sus explicaciones para moverte por Siena la ubicación muy buena si llegas en tren o autobús sólo hay que subir por las escaleras mecánicas y está a dos o tres minutos y a unos veinte minutos andando de la plaza del campo sin duda repetiria

Relaxing stay near all the best spots for a bargain price.
Pros:

Very close to the Centro with a great breakfast and wonderful staff. I really appreciated the elevator - 4th floor.
