Pros:

Hotel bem localizado. Próximo às principais atrações de Siena. Funcionários muito solícitos. Ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

O único inconveniente do hotel é não ter estacionamento para todos os carros, mas dá pra contornar estacionado na rua detrás, onde tem mais vagas e próximas da entrada posterior.

The hotel was clean, the location was good, and the staff were helpful. It was within walking distance to the churches and the square.

Cons:

The weather in Siena at the end of May was sweltering hot, and the hotel had no air conditioning. Maybe it should not be advertised on booking.com⁠ as having air conditioning as one of the facilities, whether it is due to government regulations or the hotel’s centralised heating/cooling schedule. To me, no air conditioning means no air conditioning. Do not misrepresent it.

Great location to train station
Pros:

This is lovely hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly. Room was ok size although the shower was very small. There is a lift which was a relief as we were on the 4th floor. The hotel is close to the train station (7 min) and 25 walk to the cathedral. When you get off the train you will travel on 3 escalators, then 2 travellators then 3 more escalators! Now you are on the street of the hotel. Turn right and it is 2 mins down the hill. Siena is very hilly in places.

Frokosten var god. Fin utsikt fra rommet. Aircondition fungerte fint. Hyggelig norsk resepsjonist som gav gode tips om restauranter.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and welcoming. I loved the balcony. They brought me a fan which wa so helpful.

Cons:

The a/c couldn't be turned on due to outside circumstances. Wasn't their fault.

Sehr gutes Hotel in idealer Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel Italia hat eine ideale Lage: nahe am Bahnhof (erreichbar über die Rolltreppen) und fussläufig zum Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr kompetent, freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut (sogar mit Pancake-Maschine) und wird von den Mitarbeiterinnen aufmerksam betreut. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

A lovely hotel just outside the walls, perfect for a few days.
Pros:

Our room was wonderful, on a corner with 2 windows and amazing views. Location was very good for us as the hotel is a very short walk to the station. Breakfasts were wonderful too - a wide variety of choices to choose from.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay.

Well located, welcoming and very comfortable with lovely staff!
Pros:

Location perfect, welcoming and helpful receptionists, all staff were excellent staff!

The breakfast rush but that’s people, not the serving staff who were delightful.

Pros:

L'hotel è confortevole e lo staff gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Vi era presente un armadio , una scrivania il frigo bar. Il bagno pulito era finestrato. L'hotel è centrale, a pochi passi dal centro. Il buffet della colazione era abbondante e diversificato! Super consigliato

Cons:

Arredi un po' datati, pochi posti auto disponibili all'interno dell'hotel, ma disponibili in zona.
