Exceeding my expectations.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. The location is incredible. The hotel has such a cool vibe, and the rooftop bar is one of the best in the city.

Cons:

The pillows are terrible. Sleeping comfortably was rough, and the mattress is too far away from the headboard.

Pros:

It was my second stay at the Sir Victor hotel, and the first one was back in 2023. The location is perfect, the staff is welcoming and very assistive, the breakfast is perfect for my taste - the selection is great. Bar is really great too, and spa is relaxing.

Cons:

The hotel unfortunately already needs a major renovation. The furniture in the lobby has scratches on the surface. I had to change the room, because the first option that I was offered had cracks in the walls, the bathroom door wasn’t closing and it was frankly not very clean. Also the first room was on the ground floor and overlooking the backyard which was not really enjoyable. However, I asked to change the room and was given a better option on the second floor.
