The breakfast was ok
The hotel really needs a deep cleaning and needs updating and fixing. There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. There was damage on the walls, on paintings in the lobby like water damage. There was water damage on the ceiling in my room. I was in room 207 above the bed there’s water damage. The baseboard area was damaged painted over. The damage that was in a hotel on the different things they kind of just painted over it and half painted at that. The shower area needed to be resealed around the bottom of the tiles. This hotel looks like it was a flip job. They did the bare necessities and put cheap furniture in there. They had one luggage card, baby size. You can barely put two suitcases on there. The ramp is not leveled right going down. You also need some type of grip so you don’t slip when it’s wet. The ice machine on my floor did not work. Someone put a stack of clean linen on the floor by the ice machine on level C. I got a picture of that. Just nasty. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of everything.
For the price that we paid, nothing.
The title was confusing. I hold up the Uber driver cause I thought I was in the wrong place

The best part of my experience was your front staff (both Alfie and Dominic) . They are both huge assets to your hotel. They were always most willing to assist with any query I had. They were always most pleasant, most helpful and made my stay unforgettable.

Erg fijn personeel. Mochten de auto parkeren terwijl we 2 dagen op andere locatie moesten slapen omdat ze geen plek hadden. Uitgangspositie voor bezoek naar New York
Beetje druk verkeer op de weg ernaast. Maar ramen dicht was het prima plek.
Die "Subway " sind ca 10min Fußläufig erreichbar :)
Leider hat man, trotz geschlossenen Fenstern, de Straßen- bzw., aktuell den Baulärm extrem gehört... Sehr hellhörig...
Izba bola dostatočne priestranná. Posteľ pohodlná, čistá.
Pán na recepcii nám neposkytol automaticky všetky základné informácie. Museli sme sa pýtať kedy a kde sú raňajky a ako sa dostaneme na izbu. Wi-fi nestálo za nič. Vypadávalo a bolo veľmi pomalé. V sprche mi prišlo že je slabý prúd vody.
El desayuno no fue lo peor
Hotel muy viejo, personal de recepción no nos informa bien de lo sucedido. Nos hacen un cobro doble, nos cobran la habitación cuando yo ya la había pagado. Nos dan una habitación de dos camas,que no funciona el aire con una temperatura que parecía un horno. Y nos decían que no había más habitaciones y al final resulta que tenían una, pero era solamente una cama y dormimos mi mujer y mis dos hijas en la misma cama, pero por lo menos el aire acondicionado funcionaba

I have already stayed in this hotel several times. Good location just few steps from two subway stations; quite a short journey to JFK and Manhattan. I am sure I will book the hotel again.

Great location, between two metro stations (line E and F) and close to JFK but next to main motorway which made the stay VERY noisy 24/7. I wish windows would be soundproof as the heavy traffic made it dufficult to sleep. Staff was very helpful and offered earplugs which help a little.

The staff were completely unhelpful. The beds were sinking in the middle. 3/4 of us woke up with back pains. There is mould in the bathroom on the ceiling. There was 1 functioning light in the room. Staff didn't answer the phone. Horrible stay!
