J'ai apprécié la bienveillance du personnel de la réception , La rapidité d'action du membre du personnel de la réception . La décoration de la réception est très naturelle
Le personnel de ménage quand à eux ne réponde pas à un simple bonjour et regarde de travers , je pense que le personnel d'entretien des locaux et des chambres devrait changer de produits ou s'appliquer d'avantage pour nettoyer la salle de bain en particulier les WC et la douche traces jaunes dans la douche et trainer noire dans les sanitaires , Pour un établissement 3 étoiles j'ai trouver cela dommage ,
Accueil au top, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, petit déjeuner très sympa avec un large choix de produits (salade de fruits frais bio, fromage blanc artisanal, charcuteries, fromages, oeufs, etc)
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Elle tournait, faisait beaucoup de bruit, mais sans faire de froid.
L'hôtel est situé à 20 m en tramway de la gare Sud de France. À 5 min de la gare Saint Roch. A 10 min de la place de la Comédie. Au calme. Pleins de restaurants à Proximité. À 5 min à pied du centre Commercial Polygone.
Petit déjeuner à revoir. ( pas mal de produits congelés)

Une mauvaise odeur venait des toilettes. Ce qui donnait un sentiment très désagréable. Des tâches sur le miroir de la salle de bain.
Surtout le personnel mais j’étais surprise par le petit déjeuner, excellent
