The room at first glance was ok. The comforters did not match on the bed, but that's ok. The remote for the TV did not work. The bathroom was disgusting. Stains on the ceiling; the white towels had yellow stains all over them. I did not feel the room had been cleaned, just put together.

The a/c unit in the sitting area was not working properly. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

Staff are so rude at the front desk, constantly begin racists towards me and my family. Only opened the pool for certain people. Been closed for almost 2 two weeks every time we wanna go. Charging extra prices other than what my reservation say. Every little thing I asked for is a problem so rude and nasty, even when trying to pay my money for another night. Not pleasant.

Our stay got off to a terrible start. We arrived at approximately 4:15 p.m. to check in and found no one at the front desk or in any of the adjoining office areas. Another guest and I spent more than 15 minutes searching for a staff member before anyone appeared. The front desk attendant only came after I called the front desk phone.

Once check-in finally began, I was told that I only had one room reserved, despite my reservation clearly showing two rooms located near each other. After showing my confirmation, the attendant found the second reservation but informed me that the hotel was full and could not place the rooms together. Instead, our rooms were assigned on the 4th and 8th floors, which was very inconvenient for our family.
We were then told that one of our rooms was not yet cleaned and would not be ready for another 20 minutes. By 5:00 p.m., we still only had access to one room and one room key.

While waiting, my older daughter upstairs to check the available room. She immediately called to tell me the room was filthy. There were dirty socks, used towels, suppositories, and other unsanitary items left behind from previous guests. To make matters worse, the room smelled heavily of smoke. When I reported the problem, the front desk staff handed me a can of air freshener and suggested I spray the room myself.

At around 5:15 p.m., we finally received the key to the second room. I then brought the front desk attendant upstairs to see the condition of the first room and experience the strong smoke odor firsthand. Despite the obvious cleanliness issues, I was initially told there were no other rooms available.

Eventually, another room was provided on the same floor, just one door down. However, by the time everything was sorted out, it was nearly 6:00 p.m. We had spent almost two hours dealing with missing staff, reservation confusion, delayed room availability, poor housekeeping, and unacceptable room conditions.

Unfortunately, this was only the tip!!

Breakfast was not kept up very dirty. Half the stuff was missing. No one keeping it up. Trash was falling all over the floor very dirty very disappointing.
