Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit freundlichem Personal, nur diesmal eine schlechte Matratze

Perfekte Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches, zugewandtes Personal.

Cons:

Die eine Matratze des Doppelbetts war durchgelegen und so schief, dass man nicht gut liegen konnte. Ich bin dann auf das Einzelbett ausgewichen

Schönes Hotel mit exzellenter Lage zur Innenstadt und Arena von Verona.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal (konnte sogar deutsch). Sehr auswahlreiches Frühstück.

Parkplatz konnte vorher gegen Aufpreis reserviert werden und ist fußläufig in ca. 200m in einem privaten Parkhaus erreichbar.
Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn wir vorher die Info erhalten hätten, dass direkt neben dem Hotel 2 Parkplätze zur Gepäckausladung vorhanden sind und man ins Hotel gehen muss, damit das Personal einen dann anschließend zum Parkplatz lotst.

Közvetlenül a város szívében van, ahonnan max. 15 perces sétára minden főbb látványosság elérhető. A városi parkoló a szálodával szemben 1 percre van.

Cons:

Az ablakokat nem lehetett kinyitni. Ha kinyitottuk az épületbelselyéből iszonyatos hangossak voltak a gépek. Illetve a plusz szobában hangos volt a légkondi.
