The pool is great and the bartender was incredibly friendly.
Front desk staff is incredibly rude. I stood at the front desk to check in and was ignored for several minutes, although she was as standing right in front of me. Additionally, I had to come down and ask for new batteries for the TV remote and was told they would be brought to my room. That never happened. I ended up leaving this hotel a night early to stay somewhere else.

Tengo pendiente una devolución de una noche de estancia, ya que por causa de fuerza mayor (fallecimiento familiar) tuve que volver un día antes. Nadie me dio ninguna solución, pues había pagado por adelantado toda la estancia. He reclamado vía email, como me indicaron en recepción, pero no he recibido respuesta.
Perfectamente ubicado para ir paseando al centro de Ibiza, o si deseas ir a Formentera, los Ferrys estan a 1 minuto caminando del hotel.

La posizione strategica vicino al Porto di Ibiza. L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo e ben arredato. La colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti, la cortesia del personale. La disponibilità della palestra.
