Convenient location
One of the rooms we booked on the booking.com site was not available. We did not have sufficient beds for the group. We booked a room that had a king size bed and a pullout sofa, but when we got to the room, there was no pullout sofa. We returned to the front desk to inquire. The staff said there was no pull out sofa room available. They said if they tried to find us another room, it would be additional charges The staff said that booking.com is wrong and they just want to get the money that we should call the hotel first.
I love the staff at the front desk..I know there have been some recent changes..but the staff that has been there are soooo helpful and delightful! They are always willing to help and go beyond the call of duty!...My favorite staff member has the best suits and style of anyone I know!! He is wonderful!
The rooms sometimes have some issues...the toilet may clog...or the sink doesn't empty the water or something like that...needs some updating!
We arrived and were able to go straight to our room because the f the digital key notification. There was a sign stating that renovations were going on but that never impacted us. You could see that some areas have been renovated and that’s a great thing. Our room was clean and the flooring was new. The breakfast was as expected and that is always a good thing about the Hampton Inns. Overall a great overnight for us!
I come here every year in May for a golf outing with a friend. Every year I always have a great stay and this time I did as well as always the pool is the best part it is warm and relaxing and sleep was great front desk is very friendly . The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was not pleased about the elevators . They make an unsettling noise every time I used them I was very nervous one of them I thought I was stuck for a minute when it hit the bottom floor. Other than that the stay was great and relaxing I will definitely be back next year for another great stay.

Room HVAC did not work. room was warm, and lowering the set point on the thermostat only made it warmer. Room appearance looked tired and worn.
Mold/mildew in the shower under the seal around the edges of the tub and the corner shelves
Loud neighboring room. Couldn't sleep.
The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival, I had to try to find a remote for the TV. Which then I had to go to the front desk to grab one, which didn't even have batteries in it.
