The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

The Rusty Parrot Lodge is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the United States. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff genuinely anticipate your every need before you even have to ask.

A special thank you to Hasan from valet, who gave us the warmest welcome and set the tone for our entire stay. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and eager to help, that has hands down been the friendliest team we’ve ever met!

The thoughtful touches throughout our stay made all the difference. The hotel provided snack bags for our hikes, complimentary museum tickets, a daily concierge newsletter with local recommendations, and delightful turndown treats each evening. Housekeeping was excellent, and every detail reflected the care and pride the team puts into creating a memorable guest experience.

The location is another highlight. While it’s conveniently close to everything in Jackson, the lodge feels like a peaceful retreat, nestled along a beautiful creek with opportunities for wildlife viewing. The hot tub was a treat after long Teton hikes! We also loved the collection of nature and wildlife books throughout the property, which perfectly complemented the surrounding landscape.

Dinner and Breakfasts at Wild Sage was outstanding—without question one of the best meals we had in Jackson.The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Rusty Parrot Lodge exceeded every expectation, and we would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Jackson. We can’t wait to return.

experience was given us during our stay at the Rusty Parrot...cannot say enough how courteous, kind and supportive the staff was (shout out to Mario who gave us over the top service and consideration...we appreciated his help and will not forget his kindness).Every single thing is perfection here....from inviting seating areas, inside and outside...room lovely, all the amenities were chosen with care ...appreciated the art work everywhere, in keeping with the area, also colors and decor did the same. Breakfast was delicious...we enjoyed drinks in the bar and outside...great wine list, did not eat dinner here but restaurant is lovely. Location is just wonderful, you can walk everywhere...the beautifully designed property is on the edge of the town, a nice view out the back gives a feeling of isolation even tho you are so close to everything. We wanted to say thank you to each and every staff member, and for the thoughtful letter from management...we truly hope to return ...it was pure bliss to stay with you.

Staff exceptional, luxury and location and all the extra facilities

What a wonderful boutique hotel! Their personal attention is unmatched. Valet, housekeeping, and front desk are all outstanding. We enjoyed two nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. The room is very clean with some of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. The staff is attentive and so pleasant. We enjoyed the free snacks and waters in the room. They even filled our cooler up for our day in the park! Thank you for making our vacation great.

Our family of four stayed 2 nights at the Rusty Parrot over July 4. From the minute we pulled into the hotel until the minute we left we were welcomed with open arms. When we pulled in, Isaiah asked us our names, assured us he knew what room we were in, and told us not to touch any of our luggage as we were on vacation and he would take care of it. The checking process was as friendly as we have had and by the time we were walked to our room by the person who checked us in, Isaiah was there with our bags and cooler again telling us not to touch anything that he would take care of it. During our stay the staff always smiled and was there for any needs we had. They filled our cooler with ice as we had a large cooler we were traveling with for our hiking adventures. The canned water that was available for free was so good and always cold and always available. It seem like Isaiah was every during our stay always with a smile, a kind word, and a fist bump. Hands down the best hotel employee that I have ever encountered. We were able to watch the July 4 fireworks from the hotel balcony and it was just perfect. We returned one early afternoon from a long hike in the Tetons and enjoyed the great hot tub in its peaceful setting. It’s hard to not keep going on how great an experience we had and it all is because of the fantastic service we had. Even after we left, we received an email that housekeeping had found one of ours son’s toys that had been left in our room and told us it was no worry because they were mailing it to us. You will not find better service than what we got at the RP. Plus the teddy bears are a great touch. We bought them and our kids love them.

We did not stay at RP, but Hasan took us on a Honored tour. Jennifer, Salma, Vanessa welcome us! Jennifer sold us a NEW bear for our GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER! Adorable..

The Rusty Parrot is a beautiful boutique hotel, off the beaten path in Jackson, but an easy walk to the town center. The staff is uniformly superb - accommodating, friendly, and very competent. Our couples massages were excellent; yes, they’re expensive, but consider where you are. We had a meal at the Wild Sage and enjoyed it thoroughly. Alek was an excellent server. The wine list is outstanding. Our fireplace king room was spacious, well-appointed, and overlooked the “courtyard”. Very comfortable.

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a restaurant, spa, hot tub, fire pit, bicycles, and two decks. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh and cozy linens. We especially enjoyed having access to tea and coffee in the lounge area. I stayed with my 10-year-old daughter, and we felt safe and well cared for. We were a short walk away from the town square. We even walked to Snow King Mountain from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. Highly recommend.

This hotel was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The quality of the experience rivals some of the finest luxury hotels I have visited. The staff truly made the stay memorable. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, consistently providing outstanding service with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Another highlight was the restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully prepared, flavorful, and of a quality you would expect from a top-tier dining experience. Every meal was a pleasure.

My spouse and I finally returned to R P for our 20 anniversary this past week. It was our first visit since the tragic fire of November 2019.

First and foremost the staff ( the entire staff) were awesome with warm greetings and attitudes. Not a single one never ever spoke to you without a smile. What a wonderful group.

Briefly met one of the ownership’s son’s in the restaurant as my wife was viewing a piece of art. He stopped and I introduced himself and gave the background on the piece. It’s the small things!

We will be back to Jackson and staying at the Rusty Parrot.

The entire place exceeded my expectation! Everything, and I do mean everything, was excellent. The service was unbelievable. It's a perfect blend of tech and old west....open a closet door and the light automatically comes on, there are lights that can be set to come on underneath the tv console so you can see during the night. It's just amazing. The rooms are spotless. Coffee stations on every floor and are refilled right away or they will get it for you if something is out. Fresh cookies every afternoon The front desk staff all greet you by name when they see you or you call in after you are there. Everything is so well thought out. The wildlife viewing deck on the top has a telescope and they will loan you binoculars if you'd like. They just go above and beyond.

The Rusty Parrott is an exceptional luxury accommodation with outstanding service, beautiful rooms and public spaces and fine dining. This is truly one of the best places at which we have every stayed.

We had not been to Jackson Hole for many years and were looking forward to returning to the Rusty Parrot Lodge. We were thrilled to see the newly designed hotel. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay the management and staff were fantastic. There was always someone available for any of our needs. Jennifer, the manager is a gem, always smiling and eager to make sure our stay was everything we expected. The hotel has many comfortable areas to sit and visit and the restaurant is in a lovely setting with large windows to see the view. Our guest room was nicely furnished with a very comfortable king size bed accompanied by a cuddly teddy bear. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower and a large sink area for two to use. There was plenty of closet and drawer space which many hotels lack. The lighting was well thought out with various adjusting options. There is also a very large screen TV and they offer both the local and On Demand shows as well as some streaming. That is a treat since we have found some nice hotels not offering streaming. We highly recommend the Rusty Parrot for the location which is in walking distance to shops and restaurants as well for its great staff and beautiful decor.

We may have received the best customer service ever at The Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa. Whether it was Isaiah the valet, the room attendants, front desk, Kevin our waiter at the Wild Sage, or the massage therapist Julie had, they were all singularly focused on making us comfortable and enjoy our time. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, uniquely updated in every way and thoughtfully stocked. The perch patio was a favorite morning spot to watch the sun come up, while listening to the geese across the street by the Snake River, after grabbing my complimentary coffee in the 2nd floor beverage counter. The 3pm delicious chocolate chip cookies placed here each day was a special treat. The Wild Sage restaurant really deserves its own 5 star review. Best breakfast and dinner I have had in a long time. The sweet folks at the front desk sent us off with snacks, can water, and bear spray each day we went hiking. My wife is still raving about her massage. Just a perfect stay.

Fantastic experience, the staff is best in class and the location is perfect to walk and explore Jackson.

Outstanding service and staff. Professional, friendly, courteous, perfect for a boutique hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. There were many small touches that made it feel 'special'. The location was great - quiet, away from the noisy part of the town.
The restaurant was fabulous. It's an intimate setting with unique and delicious menu options. Our server, Chris, was one of the best servers we've ever had. He elevated the experience from a great dinner, to an extraordinary evening event. Bravo!
