An excellent getaway in a beautiful location
Pros:

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was incredible. Loved the pools. We would definitely return.

Cons:

Maybe the air conditioning could be cooler at night, but this is common in European hotels.

La ubicación es estupenda, instalaciones muy completas con varias piscinas incluida una solo para adultos, acceso a la playa… pero sobre todo el increíble trato de todos los empleados, desde la recepción, el comedor, los camareros del bar… Excelente!

Pros:

Hotel familiar, clásico pero reformado. Con una zona de piscina amplia y buena comida. Limpio y camas cómodas. Con acceso a la playa a pie por unas pasarelas en 5 minutos. Chiringuitos con buena comida cercanos.

Cons:

Los precios de las estancias hotekeras de la zona son abusivos, incluido este, aunque tenga buenos servicios se paga de más.

We stayed in what I think is the new part of the hotel. It is meant to be for kids but some of the balconies and areas by the lifts have gaps that I think a child could fall through. I think it should be checked

El mejor hotel en muchos años
Pros:

De las mejores experiencias vacacionales en un hotel. Excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno y la cena muy abundantes y de excelente calidad. Y tengo que destacar principalmente, la atención. La calidez humana, amabilidad y simpatía de todos los empleados, ha sido excepcional. Desde recepción, servicio de limpieza y una mención especial, al servicio del buffet - restaurante. Eternamente agradecida.
Recomiendo este hotel al 100%!
