Amazing location!
Cons:

Great hotel only thing is they ask for you to let them know when you need room service which is great but the one time we asked for our whole stay to send them they never came.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta con la línea azul se llega a la estación “acuario” y está al lado muy cómodo para ir del aeropuerto al hotel, está cerca del quincy market sin embargo cenan muy temprano y en la zona cierra todo tipo 21hs

Cons:

No me gustó que las habitaciones eran con llave y no con tarjeta, además el acceso al ascensor era directo, me parece que eso genera un poco de inseguridad

Hotel situé en plein coeur de Boston ! Tout se trouve a coté c'est tres pratique.
Personnel serviable et chambre propre

La fenetre de ma chambre donnait sur le hall interieur donc impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux et d'avoir de la lumiere naturelle

Near perfect, reasonably priced, downtown hotel.
Pros:

Very covenient location in downtown Boston, close walking distance to many tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Quiet and comfortable yet so close to everything

Close to everything, could walk everywhere, quiet in our room and comfortable and peaceful. Lobby area was comfortable and we loved having the restaurant on site

"Atrium" view room looks interior rooms; dark without much natural light. No coffee maker!

A Very Good Hotel
Pros:

The location is central to most things and the city very walkable. The atmosphere is friendly and staff are always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooms have fairly thin walls so at times you may hear a clink or two from the room next door. The breakfast in the restaurant attached to this hotel is good value and food is great. Unfortunately, the manager, and I believe owner, comes in the evening and is rude and unprofessional to people staying in the hotel. The offer guests get for using this restaurant is a 20% discount, hence, it explains his tyrant behaviour to hotel guests at dinner, he doesn’t want to give the discount. If it was him there all the time I would suggest cancel the contract and get an other business to move in.
Because it is on an old building, most rooms do not have outside windows but internals to atriums. Overall, a good stay.

Pros:

Conveniently located to many of the sites in Boston to enjoy, the harbor, Quincy Market, Fanuiel Hall etc. Plenty of restaurants close by. Easy access to the subway.

Cons:

Only concern was ,the toilet was way too close to the vanity.
