Cannot beat the location!
Pros:

Cannot beat this location.
Staff friendly, big rooms, comfy beds.

Cons:

Expensive, BUT that seems to be the case for all Boston hotels with this good a location.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Noisy room from either heater or refrigerator. Expensive for what you get. Not a good value for your money. I won't be staying there again. The use the word "boutique hotel" to disguise the real term "old hotel."

One of the receptionists spoke to us in an unfriendly manner & made us feel that we were suspected of being perpetrators of criminal damage. The other three were friendly & proficient.

Staff helpful accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Dated, weak shower power . Plastic shower curtains in one bedroom. We asked for a larger bed and they worked hard to change our room . We then had a shower and no bath and the room was better . Bed was great but bathroom so tiny - !!! Also plastic cups , shower soak I didn’t bother washing my hair . No tea or coffee making facilities . It would be nice to even have a kettle and long life milk sachets as a minimum .

Well located. Nice older hotel.

Older hotel. Room lighting was not good. Very dark. Bathroom was functional but small and not laid out well.

We stayed for two nights and felt a big sence of privacy.
Pros:

It was very cleaned and nicely designed and decorated. Lobby was very cimfirtable with plenty of Liu going space.
