Pros:

Location near the water and a short walk to Boston Common and North End.
Staff (front desk) were super helpful.

Cons:

Noise on the interior of the 8th floor from the HVAC on the roof - but staff moved our room when we asked
Would have liked a hot water heater / coffee maker in the room

Good value for money overall; excellent location for the City and Boston Harbour.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Reception area somewhat cramped and the neighbouring restaurant did not have an extensive menu for breakfast, although it might be a separate organisation.
Staff were very good and extremely helpful.
Lighting in the room was a little dim and additional lighting would have enhanced the room.

Overall, a great stay and good value for the location.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Harborside Inn. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room size was sufficient, the bathroom as well, and we really appreciated how quiet and relaxing the hotel was.

Cons:

As minor downsides, our room did not have an outside window, so there was no natural light, and the hotel overall feels a bit old and slightly outdated, especially when it comes to furniture and appliances.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

It was close to everything we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The hollandaise on the eggs Benedict tasted like soap, the placemats look like they hadn't been cleaned in months and had food stuck in them. The service was slow and, for only having a couple tables to service, forgetful.
