Abriss - für über 400 USD pro Nacht müsste das Zimmer wenigstens genug Licht, Wasser und Ambiance haben!

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein und düster. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick ins Atrium: bedeutet null Tageslicht!
Bei Dusche kam so wenig Wasser raus, dass ich kaum das Shampoo raus bekam.
Bett war zu weich und extrem unbequem.

I can't say whether I would or would not recommend Harborside. Location is basically the only perk.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect for all of the walking we wanted to do in the city. It is very centrally located to all of the main tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

For the price, you are literally paying only for the location. I thought the price per night was steep for the lack of decent lighting in the bathroom, and no amenities (not even a coffee pot, either in the room or in the lobby). It's hard to pay strtictly for location...

Everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great location. We were in walking distance to all we wanted to see.

Where to begin. No doorman, 2 yes 2 luggage racks which was in use because no one returns them because they have no doorman to help with luggage. Then, no on site parking.3 blocks away is parking garage. Then you pay top dollar to stay here. Never again. Very disappointed.
