Fachada bonita, mas falta conforto nos quartos.
Pros:

Café da manhã é excelente, a localização é boa e as áreas comuns são bonitas e bem cuidadas.

Cons:

Os quartos são pequenos com mobília e equipamentos velhos, o espelho estava manchado, a porta emperrava na hora de fechar e tinha goteira no corredor. Percebi que é um hotel com fachada bonita mas sem cuidado com os detalhes no interior dos apartamentos.

Pedimos a limpeza de quarto e simplesmente mantiveram as mesmas toalhas de corpo e levaram a de rosto pra lavar e não colocaram outra e quando fomos na recepção meio que duvidaram alegando que isso nunca tinha acontecido … prédio visualmente precisando de manutenção, os corredores com as paredes tudo sujo fora a infiltração (tinha um balde no corredor onde tava caindo a água durante pelo menos os 5 dias que ficamos lá), quartos e banheiros não são como os da foto

Excelente!
Pros:

Se quase tudo! Porém o pessoal da cozinha com aquele super café da manhã, melhor tapioca e atenção de todos em geral no hotel! Eu e minha família nos sentimos muito acolhidos! A limpeza dos quartos diária é perfeita!

Boa estrutura e cama confortável
Pros:

Gostei da estrutura do hotel, bem decorado, as camas são confortáveis e o banheiro tem Box.

Cons:

Não gostei da Tv não ser smart. Tivemos problemas para ligar à Tv e tivemos que chamar um funcionário para ligar. A porta tbm estava meio emperrada, então tivemos uma certa dificuldade para abrir, só depois pegamos o jeito.
