L’hébergement est le point le plus négative de notre voyage
Pros:

Emplacement près de downtown Banff et navette gratuite pour se rendre au downtown. Location de spray à ours gratuit ce qui est apprécié. Foyer dans la chambre et bois fourni = agréable.

Cons:

Moisissure partout dans la chambre surtout dans la salle de bain. Pour le prix qu’on paie je m’attendais à un minimum de salubrité. Crasse accumulée dans la cuisine, sur les murs. Chambre en tapis qui garde les mauvaises odeurs. Les femmes de ménage ne faisaient plus le ménage rendu vers la fin de notre séjour. C’est à peine si elles refermaient le couette du lit. Nous n’avons pas eu de refill de café dans la chambre pour les 4 derniers jours (nous avons séjourné 6 nuits). Je ne recommande pas.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and it was very overpriced.
Cons:

This property was overpriced and not as advertised. The outdoor pool was not heated, the seating area around the pool was untidy with coffee cups and garbage left overnight. The lobby tea area with "hot water" was not even hot enough to steep a teabag.
The room was in need of a renovation: beds were hard and sheets were on backwards. Fridge was not on and spoiled all of our food. The kitchen supplies were dirty. When housekeeping went into our room they made one bed and cleaned nothing leaving garbage and two unmade beds.

Reasonable but overpriced, Banff prices unfortunately with poor value.
Pros:

Beautiful location, could walk to Banff city centre in 30 mins. Staff nice. Main floor rooms dated with no view. Outside space crummy bc overlooks your parked car. Hot tub decent bit of course filled with people. Nice to have free coffee on main lobby!

Cons:

Cramped room. No outdoor space (for main floor rooms).

The hot tub and sauna were amazing, staff was super friendly which I love and it was a beautiful location !! great views and the drive up the mountain and sleeping on top of a mountain was cool

Felt pricey for the basic accommodations but overall liked the place and would recommend it
Pros:

Liked there was 4 queen beds. Nice having a kitchen to cook meals. Like the deck to sit on.

Cons:

The beds are kind of old, when two of us got in we rolled/ sunk into each other towards the middle of the bed. Not very firm.
Cookie sheets would be nice to have in the kichen set up.
The sauna, hot tub area closes at 10pm. Like places that stay open until 1030/11pm.

Beautiful Views
Pros:

Love the view, the hot tub and pool area, and all the wildlife close to the resort. The staff were efficient and friendly as well.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the units- it was incredibly uncomfortable as it was so hot during our stay.

Needs a makeover!
Pros:

First stay here in 8 years. Seems like zero maintenance completed in the past 8 years. Shower wouldn’t drain, mould on the bathroom ceiling, oven/stove didn’t work properly, and the hot tub, which has beautiful views, is falling apart. Very disappointed considering what you pay. We checked out early!

Peut-être en raison de l’emplacement, le réseau internet n’est pas fiable. Les laveuses et sécheuses payantes sont munies d’un système de paiement par cartes, qui dépend du réseau… prévoir avoir de l’argent comptant au besoin si du lavage est dans vos plans.
