Very helpful staff

Cons:

The rooms really smelt of smoke and sweat! We have three attempts of finding a room and finally ended up with a house where ventilation was better! So glad we only stayed one night

Hidden gem with panoramic views
Pros:

Beautiful setting, really helpful staff and a bonus fun bus to Banff Ave and other areas allowing a peaceful stay with the flexibility of easy access to the centre and local hikes, hot springs and gondolas..the self serve laundry facility is a bonus after wet or messy adventures ❤️

Nice lodge! Just not quite worth that much money
Pros:

Location was amazing and style of lodge was also great! Staff were excellent! Hot pools with a view is why I chose this and they were nice!

Cons:

Lodge rooms felt so dated. I understand trying to keep the old school rustic feel but you can still try and make the room feel more premium.

Not a terrible stay but for the $$$ the accommodation could have been a little more luxurious
Pros:

The property was located outside the main town so this provided quiet time away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The free bus passes were more than useful as parking in the town was difficult.

Cons:

For the $$$ the property was a little run down. Paint peeling from outdoor fixtures and inside the decor / furniture were dated. The pool surrounds (stone) were chipped and worn with some tiles missing from the pool edging. The sauna again was a little tired with the wood worn in parts.

Privilegiada por el entorno y la amabilidad del personal
Pros:

El personal es excepcional sobre todo Alex, la ubicación en perfecta y es cómodo para hacer base en Banff y visitar y hacer rutas por la zona . Repetiría sin duda .

Cons:

Necesitan dales un lavado de cara porque se le ve algo viejos . Por lo demás son perfectos .
