Cons:

The fire place was not clean and I had to breathe for two nights the smoke . After complaints still the staff didn't do anything
The tub was plugged and I had shower with full tub of water.

Could be really good
Pros:

Property is in a great location, I really enjoyed morning runs from the property to the banff Main Street and back, exactly 3 miles with great views. The property has a very nice warm pool and a cool pool, that our kids enjoyed a lot.

Cons:

The overall maintenance is very poor, the spigot in the tub was completely broken and on the verge of non-functional. The carpets in the room were very dirty, with many hairs and other particles from previous stays. House keeping doesn’t perform cleaning of the room, despite heavy tipping.

Leider steht aus unserer Sicht der Preis in keinem Verhältnis zur Ausstattung und vor allem zu Freundlichkeit der Zimmer
Pros:

Die Unterkünfte sind von außen sehr schön und landestypisch, auch der Poolbereich war außergewöhnlich. Es gab eine kostenlose Busfahrkarte, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen konnte, wenn man in die Stadt wollte.

Cons:

Die Unterkünfte sind sehr dunkel, der Schlafraum hatte wenig Platz, und vor allen Dingen roch es durch den offenen Kamin extrem traurig, auch wenn wir diesen nicht benutzt haben.

Great natural location, especially with the addition of the bus passes.
Pros:

Proximity to downtown Banff was great but still felt like being in the woods in the mountains. Loved the bus passes. Made things so much easier to get around. Hot and cool pools with towels were great amenities. We enjoyed the coffee supplied to the unit (would have been nice to have hot chocolate as some us don't drink coffee or tea).

Cons:

The unit itself, while comfortable, was very dated, with wallpaper covering a large hole in the wall in one room. A few blinds took some time to get working as the cords were fraying. It could stand a new coat of paint throughout and new carpeting in the loft. We were in the very first unit by the road, could use some screening from vehicles. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Nice grounds. Location family friendly

Cons:

Living area was a little small. Stayed in the Deluxe 2 bedroom loft condo. Needs a little updating. Could use more washers and dryers for guests.
Have longer pool hours.
