Fantastic experience .. maybe a bit pricy
Pros:

The location, the staff, the spa hot tub, the equipment in apartment
Fantastic stay

Cons:

One small remark: we had 3 TVs (LG, LG, SHARP) and had 3 remotes for Philips TVs. We called reception and they came quickly to give us a correct LG remote.

Would not stay again. Not worth the money
Pros:

Location was good. Room had a fireplace which was nice. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Very dated and dingy. Needs some tlc. Room was very dark

Great getaway and great location!
Pros:

All of the facilities were within a quick walk. Our condo is located near the lobby, the pool and the Jacuzzi, which was great. also love, the fact that a shuttle bus took you downtown, and up to the hot tubs and gondola!

Cons:

Would’ve loved to have fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Pros:

The location was walkable into town.
The complimentary bus tickets were exceptional.
The amenities in the condo were good.

Cons:

Suspicion on arrival that we were more than our number which was not the case

No shop for basic amenities.

Whilst our accomodation felt very underwhelming for the price, everything else was 👍🏼
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and helpful, the hot tub area was great and the local wildlife wonderful👍🏼The public transport at the door was great too.

Cons:

Our allocated 2 room apt was just very tired and old looking inside, and being the lower of a 2 unit structure it was also quite dark.

We enjoyed the bus passes. Resort was dated & in need of repair. Ask for a newly remodeled room.
Pros:

Bus passes provided for our entire stay. Late checkout granted. Cozy beds. Covered parking.

Cons:

Cabinet doors in kitchen broken/not shutting. Difficulty hauling luggage up into room from parking. Cleaning staff asked not to come into clean and came into room anyway. When they did clean it was a simple wipe down, old towels and sheets not replaced in downstairs bedroom. Would have preferred tea pot to be easily visible instead of stuck deep in a cabinet. Suite walls and floor boards needed cleaning/repairs/painting. Main bathroom tub discolored/foreign substance stuck to bottom. Thermostats did not work, in order to cool the room had to open windows and experience marijuana smoking from patrons outside in next unit. Main bathroom did not have enough space to laydown toiletries. Lobby water for hot chocolate was cold. Resort hot tub/sauna flooring falling apart. Resort dry sauna was out of service.

Great location, disappointing facilities.
Pros:

Location, space, view, heating

Cons:

The facilities are very 60’s, the nightly fee is high so would be good to see some money invested back into the resort.
The room was not ready before 4- fair. But we were told someone would call when it was ready. We had to inquire after 4. The toilet in the first room we were allocated was full of poo (not ours), we were changed and then that toilet kept breaking. First time maintenance fixed it, then my husband did it the subsequent times.
