Great staff made all the difference!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Always up for a chat and sharing their view on life. We really appreciated conversations with the team, it struck us how friendly they were and how well managed the hotel was allowing staff not to be robots. We’d highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Jaipur (and learning a little about local life through the wonderful staff).

Cons:

We liked it all really. The weddings that they held added to the ambience and theatre of it all and if you are going to play Indian weddings music, play it loud.

We checked in and have the change the property immediately. The property was not clean. Insects and flies everywhere in the restaurant. AC of the rooms not working.

Its not for a family holiday
Pros:

Only 1 thing. We changed the hotel immediately after we checked in as the property was far below what we expected. We requested the reservation team to cancel our booking without charge and they did.

Very nice stay , hope to visit again in the near future / winter season
Pros:

Very nice rooms , very nice property and wonderful staff . All the staff at the restaurant were very nice and cordial and served us very well , Nikhil and the ladies were excellent in their service provided to our family . Mr Rahul at the front desk was nice enough to get us the early check in for our rooms .

All was very good , can’t think of anything wrong 👍

Memorial honeymoon

It was a warm and comfortable stay with Le Meridian, Jaipur. The morning breakfast was amazing and personalised care taken by F&B, esp Ankit is worth an experience.

Property is old world charm - first look you enter a room gives you a 70’s 5stsr hotel with very minimum layout they provide everything but things are old world - highly expensive food forcing you not to order for inroom dining

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during a week-long work trip. The property itself is lovely, the food was consistently excellent, and the customer service truly stood out. Over the course of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with warmth, professionalism, and kindness.
I especially want to recognize Anjali in the restaurant, Satya, Pradip, Hayat, Ananya, Davilal, Anjali from housekeeping, Yogesh, and front desk manager Aayush for making such a positive impression. There were also several other incredible housekeeping staff members whose names I unfortunately did not get, but their care and attention were equally appreciated.
What made this stay so memorable was not just the quality of the hotel itself, but the genuine friendliness and hospitality shown by the team every day. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

The only negative was the pool music playing too loud and on repeat! Everything else was great.

Pros:

The service was excellent, top notch. Breakfast was very good. one of the best I’ve had. Nikhil was super attentive and went out of his way.

Cons:

Too much construction work all though concealed properly and kept the guests and the workers seperate properly. The property is going under massive renovation. Couldn’t enjoy it in all its beauty.
