Pros:

The overall area was gorgeous. Great views, lovely gardens the rooms were clean & top notch. Breakfast was really nice & freshly made to order, along with buffet cereal, fruit, cheeses etc. Complimentary mini bar with juice, fizzy, bikkies, nuts, chips & chocolate. What more could you want.

Great little gem of a hotel, loved our stay!
Pros:

Beautiful property, centrally located, in the heart of all the activities and a short drive to tons of restaurants. The hotel staff is exceptional, so friendly and welcoming, they all go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Breakfast was included with not only the typical continental style offerings but with a delicious hot menu as well. This hotel was able to accommodate our vegan family with the most delicious and healthy breakfast, amazing oat milk lattes, and so many great snacks!
Hot tubs were so clean and privately tucked away with gorgeous views of the lake.
Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Bottomless,complementary snacks and refrigerated drinks were appreciated!

Gorgeous views and loved seeing the beautiful black swans every morning!

Overall, it's a beautiful hotel to stay in.
Pros:

The environment is nice with beautiful lake view. Customer service is excellent. Sandeep at the reception is a lovely lady. She is so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property would definitely recommend
Pros:

It is a stunning property perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and we were lucky to have a room with an outdoor fire which was nice to relax by after a busy day of activities. Slightly out of town but worth it.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. The property is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch, and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. We especially appreciated that the fireplace had been lit before our arrival, making the suite warm and cosy after a day of exploring. The peaceful lakeside setting and the attentive staff made our stay truly memorable.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were absolutely wonderful, the rooms were gorgeous, and the grounds were an absolute showstopper. I loved that the minibar was free - we enjoyed the snacks without guilt! And the spa area was magical.

Cons:

I don't have anything to complain about. It was wonderful. My only thing was that the weather was rainy while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the grounds as much as I wanted to - no lounging in the sun for us unfortunately.
