Very dated, much less luxurious than a Travelodge.

Rooms are very small so was very hot
The staff members we met were friendly and helpful. There was a heatwave, and we were provided with a room fan without having to ask for one.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the traffic noise was muted despite our proximity to a busy road.
It was good to know that breakfast was available on site if needed. There was ample parking and the hotel was located well for access to several nearby towns.
There were some maintenance issues like windows not closing properly, a broken hanger. It would have been useful to have an electric socket nearer the bed and another clothes hook in the bathroom.
The plumbing, whilst functional needed refreshing (Hand sink tap was quite stiff)
The room was basic but comfortable. Cooked breakfast was lovely
We moved from one room as there were people drinking and smoking weed outside our window
Beds were comfy. Hotel was very hot as expected in the heat wave. They have obviously gone out and purchased fans for the room. Really appreciated
Hotel is basic. Motel style hotel, room was small.
Bathroom had no ventilation so was really stuff and hard to dry after a shower.
Towels were very rough.
3 night at 200 pounds you did not top up the coffee you make the bed not put clean sheets on yes you leave clean towels
If you had topped up coffee and put clean beding on would off bin nice
Housekeeping lady was very helpful, she went to Asda to get me some conditioner.

Reception staff on Friday and Saturday were not helpful. I asked for an extension lead as hairdryer would not reach the mirror. She was on the phone and said she was busy but would try and get one for me .
I was going to a funeral. It was boiling hot and I had wet hair . Nothing was done about my request.
The other receptionist checked us out but
didn’t ask about our stay .
They both need to go on a customer
service coarse .. just ignorant .
